No nonsense hotel. Fine room for a family. Good price/value for money. Not far from the motorway, which was good, since we were on route for a skiing holiday in Switserland. We used the free wifi and had a drink in the bar, where our kids got something to play with. We didn't use the breakfast facility, which we found a little expensive.

Convenient overnight stop for onward trip to Italy. Pool. Close to autoroute. Clean rooms Evening meal and drinks incredibly overpriced as they think they have a captive audience.I Would think that many people would look for an alternative to Novotel as a result. We shall certainly find somewhere else to eat.A Great pity---as it spoils the stay.[The food was also very ordinary].

Very close to airport and main highway but noise was ok and location excellent for visit to Colmar. Staff was very helpful and facilities adequate.

Although the hotel is not close to the city centre, it is very convinient for those who are travelling around the "wine route". Also, the swimming pool is very nice for children. The staff was awsome and gave us lots of tips! The smell in the toilet was not pleasure at all (room 346). It gave us the feeling the room was never clean!

Loved to use the public Novotel provided Apple pc with printing cervices; Kids loved the Playstation; great location for supermarket if shopping needed; novotel provides wide selection for breakfast - loved the bread!

Very poor from what you'd expect from the Novotel chain. The pool looks quite nice in the pictures when in reality it's nothing more than a little square and worst of all exposed to everyone passing on the street. The a/c wasn't prepared for the unusual high temperatures for this season and therefore the cooling system wasn't working. It was stifling in the room. I was travelling with friends and felt very embarrassed to have booked this hotel. The pictures were very deceiving.

O péssimo antendimento das moças da recepçāo, comfusas, inclusive cobrando taxas indevidas. O restaurante do hotel foi o pior de toda nossa viagem de quase um mês pela França. A localização é horrível, fora dos limites da cidade, junto a um aeródromo, sem condições de acesso de ônibus, bonde ou trem a Colmar. O quarto, além de apertado, não tinha o ar condicionado e o secador de cabelo funcionando.

Sauber, simpel, keine bösen überraschungen, alles nötige, was man sich in einem Zimmer, wünscht. Wir haben für unsere zwei Meitli auch ein Baby- Bett und ein Bettsofa bekommen. Gute übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Ich finde die 4 Sterne zu übertrieben! Es war sicher nicht wie einem 4-sterne- Hotel, wie 3 Sterne. Es ist sehr klein, mit 2 kleinen Kindern hatte man keine Möglichkeit im Hotel sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Wir mussten jedesmal nach Colmar. Ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert, das Hotel ist ziemlich ausserhalb.

O pequeno -almoço é muito bem preparado paking gratuito Podemos entrar e sair sem necessitar de ir a receção Necessita de uma nova decoração, a isolação do som não é muito boa e ouvimos as pessoas dos outros quartos e no corredor.

Notre réservation prépayée n'était pas dans l'ordinateur. Erreur humaine, sans doute. Les réceptionnistes se sont alors mises en 4 pour nous attribuer une chambre, un week-end de pâques... Petit déjeûner à 15€ très varié et très bon. Chambre bien agencée, propre. Une chasse aux oeufs était organisée dans le jardin de l'hôtel pour les enfants : un bonheur pour eux. A la belle saison, la piscine doir être agréable !

rapport qualité prix pas loin de la ville en voiture et le personnelle très bien déjeuner très chère (15€pp) pour pas grand chose de plus on nous a mis une chambre au -1 comment fait on si on est en chaise roulante a présiser et mur pas insonorisée
