Novotel Colmar  

Very close to airport and main highway but noise was ok and location excellent for visit to Colmar. Staff was very helpful and facilities adequate.

room small for what it was described as- not superior- standard must have been small. Asked for 2 single beds, all that was provided was a double and a sofa bed.

Although the hotel is not close to the city centre, it is very convinient for those who are travelling around the "wine route". Also, the swimming pool is very nice for children. The staff was awsome and gave us lots of tips!

The smell in the toilet was not pleasure at all (room 346). It gave us the feeling the room was never clean!

Very poor from what you'd expect from the Novotel chain. The pool looks quite nice in the pictures when in reality it's nothing more than a little square and worst of all exposed to everyone passing on the street. The a/c wasn't prepared for the unusual high temperatures for this season and therefore the cooling system wasn't working. It was stifling in the room. I was travelling with friends and felt very embarrassed to have booked this hotel. The pictures were very deceiving.

En general me ha gustado el trato con el cliente y las condiciones del hotel.

Su facil acceso y parquing, habitacion.

El desayuno muy escaso, por el precio de 14€ y siempre es necesario solicitar, que falta cosas basicas cono el complemento del pan, sea queso, embutidos o naranjada. Falta espacio, para reunirse, solo existen 8 o diez sillones, cuando la capacidad del hotel debe ser de mas de 250 personas.

Staff Hotel + Ristorante molto cortese e disponibile. Straordinariamente tranquillo nonostante la prossimità con l'aeroporto, la strada e il fatto che si tratta di un prefabbricato.

Per una famiglia con bambini lo spazio è davvero esiguo e il divano letto poco confortevole (si sentono le molle)
