Friendly staff, open 24/24 and correct breakfast.
To be honest, the (powder)eggs at breakfast, that doesn't taste fine...
Good service from the staff.
The hotel looks tired and tatty and it is in an unattractive location.
Breakfast was only fair, and WiFi was poor.
Location Reception staff WIFI only the superior rooms in terms of cleanness and quality
The ordinary room was bad, smelly especially in the second sector of the hotel. Reminds me with old motels on the countryside roads in the states Housekeeping is bad, needs to remind them for everything especially changing towels In every checkouts you will charged for breakfast even if you do not, you need to deny it every time
location, price, staff
unpleasant smell in the corridor of the far wing
Pillow's cover was not cleaned and stink with it. It was really upset!!
The pool and breakfast were acceptable.
Our room had a smell of dampness, was very old and dated. The carpet door and bathroom all were badly in need of replacement. Staff did not prepare the third bed, I was told that this was our job. Despite being the most expensive hotel booked on our holiday, I was given the option of upgrading to a "superior" room for €15 extra! This was no better than the room we were given.
Suited us a stop over on a trip to Italy. Decent restaurant for dinner.
Rooms smelled of damp. Located by a small regional airport so need to drive into Colmar. In need of a refurb.
The location is fine as a little over half way when going to our location in Italy. Rooms were clean breakfast was ok when in with the price but wouldn't pay 15 euros for it
Bar prices 5 star and service not. Air con more of a.air blower and weak one.
Location convenient for overnight stay on road trip. Breakfast is good
The place needs to be redecorated!
The buffet breakfast was amongst the best I've ever had. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were excellent. The wi-fi was remarkably good.
Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is cozy and clean with spectacular airport view.
Breakfast needs to be improved e.g. beacon is hard to chew and there is not many choices in cheese and bread which are supposed to be advantages of French Hotels.
Restaurant location and staff and the quality of food was good.
Picture from website is misleading Rooms especially bathroom were very old and tired The cleaning is not good The family room was not an appropriate size for a family
Helpful front desk staff. Convenient free parking for guests.
He bed mattresses were quite hard and not comfortable at all.
Breakfast good room clean
Alongside airport -good for business not for holiday
The appearance of the Hotel itself and the room was shaby. We wonder how this can be a four-star-Hotel. The whole interiour is from the seventies, grey walls and old bed-sheets. We didn't like the Hotel at all...
very kind staff, great comfort, garden and the fact that they organised the egg hunt for kids. It was lovely.
I liked everything. Perhaps for breakfast they should do freshly squeezed orange juice rather than the usual carton ones.
Buffet breakfast, coffee machines v.good. Clean rooms, helpful staff
Beds were not so comfortable and creaking if you turned. Suggest box spring beds and kids mattress were too hard. Maybe look at Europa park family rooms concept.
Cleanliness in the bathroom and in the wc was really poor. Equipments of the bathroom complitly obsolet. Beds Comfortless. The location is scary. This novotel is abslolutly not on the level. Laste time for us!
nice hotel only stayed 1 night. We had stayed here before this time was better myonly problem first time we stayed was that one of the childrens beds was a mattress on the floor but this time we had a doulbe bed and 2 single beds in the room .the staff where very helpfull and no complaints
The restaurant was clean.
The operation of WC door is not good. (not closed)
staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and the free in room tea/coffee facility is very welcome after a winter day out! spacious bathroom when 4 are sharing it. buffet breakfast is really great, suited for all tastes and appetites.
rooms are old fashioned, small, hotel itself is dated. Quite expensive considering it's located next to an airport (the hotel terrace overlooks the taking off/landing area) and on the outskirts of Colmar. Hotel food is very expensive.
Parking was gated, 24 hour front desk, not difficult or far to drive into Colmar (8-10 min.)
Hotel was dated and expensive for the location.
Front desk very helpful and friendly
Room layout (family room) in line with the usual Novotel style - double bed with additional sofa bed.
* Very tired decor and fittings; * Bedroom block separate from main hotel; * Parking arrangement not good; * Breakfast - normally a big plus at a Novotel - was sparce; we had to wait for hot food to be replenished; * We are regular users of Novotel for overnight holiday stays; this is by far the worst in which we have stayed. * Avoid.
