Nice lobby, room is ok, clean, good conection rer , airport transfer and metro

Wifi, games room n swimming pool

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location to Metro excellent. Loved the view of square from french balcony. Had a large choice for breakfast. Also had choice of using stairs as well as lift. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. Swimming pol was a bonus that I used on 2 occassions. Cannot fault this hotel.

To dine at the hotel was quite expensive compared to the cafes and restaurants in the area. And the hot food at breakfast could have been a little more warmer.

The room was quite big considering the other hotels in Paris .If you are travelling with children, this hotel is a very good option.

Location and cleanness

I liked the location near Gare de Lyon which gave us the possibility of taking bus, metro and RER for almost all the hot spots. The swimming pool was a hit with my two kids of 1 and 6 years old. The restaurant served very good quality food and we had dinner with the kids there almost every day. Although there was no a great variety of dishes in the menu, everything we tried tasted very good.

Excellent staff - very friendly. Good for young children - entertainers, children's activity packs, pool and play/activity area. Good access to metro and local bistros. Clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Breakfast was outstanding. Great location. I will definitely recommand this hotel and will book again when Im in Paris next time.

Close to Gare de Lyon, quiet, comfortable room

Taxi service doesn't work, the staff will only book a taxi 10 min before you want to leave which is not suitable for business when you need to be sure you have a taxi. Ours didn't show up which meant we were late for meetings....

The location is convenient. Hotel facilities are sufficient although there is room for improvement. Generous late checkout to 5pm -- great for guests who have late flights.

The room and corridor have a musky smell, perhaps due to age of hotel. Hence, the use of a mild fragrance, like Lavender, may improve the freshness of the environment. The pillows are uncomfortable. They are too soft. Firmer ones will be better.

Foyer was warm and very impressive looking. The pool was good. Did not go for breakfasts as on top of hotel price it worked out too expensive.

Not enough staff on front desk to deal with customers. Given wrong rooms initally. Sofa bed in new room did not work and had to change room again, In the other room the toilet door would not close properly. We fixed it temporarily ourselves as no one was available to fix it until the next day.

Easy access to and from anywhere in Paris. The area was lively due to the station. The staff were helpful.
