Allthougth my french is limited, the staff did help and assist me at the front desk. Staff were friendly and no complaints. |

Location was excellent, affording easy walks to sights, restaurants, and shopping in the Marais District, as well as nearby Metro and Rail links to Paris and beyond. The Staff were very congenial, spoke English, and offered assistance for whatever I may need. The room was spacious, included a sizable love-seat, desk, etc., and was, above all, clean and quiet. Couldn't ask for more. The carpeting in the room needed to be replaced, not from being overlyworn, but from the appearance of several liquid stains in the vicinity of the coffee/tea facility and minibar complex. I also felt the room pricing was somewhat above my expectations and first-hand experience on site. |

a good indoor pool, good breakfast, location, location,and again location staff are not much helpful giving u the addresses. i was to be charged 22 euros for borrowing 2 umbrellas though the problem was cited and well solved after a while |

it was very convenient for the Gare de Lyon station on our way to Milan and an advance booking gave us a good rate with breakfast included. On our return journey we booked a room at lunch time for a late night arrival and were put into a smoking room. The room was shabby and smelled smoky particularly the bedding but we were too tired to point this out until we left in the morning. The room was quite basic for the price so we will take care in future to request a non-smoking room. |

Wasn't far from metro link and trains to Disneyland. They didn't seem to want to talk in English and were quote ignorant towards people who couldn't speak French, was also in a very French area so wasn't easy to order dinner, hotel reastraunt does not cater to the British taste. |
