The hotel has a brilliant location in a lovely stylish area that we found everything just few meters away. It's a very clean place even the toilets in the reception were very clean as well. The staff were very helpful and accurate when asked about any information, all were co-operative and offering their services happily! I would recommend this hotel for any family or couple planning a trip to Paris.

The toilet is totally separate from the bathroom and has no source of water (that was in my standard room but other superior rooms do not have this problem).

Room was newly refurbished, very spacious especially for Paris . Modern and well decorated. No noise and great bed.

Close to the Gare de Lyon for the TGV Trains. Restaurant: food and service was very good in the evening. I am disabled and the shower was accessible for me. Room functional and comfortable.

Breakfast was poor. The cooked eggs, sausages and bacon were not at all nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern facilities, clean and comfortable room, right beside Gare de Lyon so therefore easy access to Intercity trains, Metro, and RER network.

Great location, really comfortable bed. Room service food nice.

The shower was open and could be viewed by other people in the room, no privacy when you shower. All program's on the television in the room, apart from 1 news channel, were dubbed in French, no option for English or even English subtitles. The steak I had in the restaurant was poorly cooked, I told them, but no response.

Hotel is adjacent to Gare de Lyon station. Very convenient. Hotel is neat and clean with many facilities. Beds are comfortably big.

Toiliet area is very small. Hotel room is smaller as shown in the pictures on booking.com

It was near Gare De Nord , only 2 stops away.

The area outside hotel around Metro was not clean and was smelly. Strong smell of urine around and inside tunnels were disturbing.

It is a good hotel and well localization.

The staff at the reception needs to be more kind to the customers.

Great buffet breakfast, extremely clean and comfortable. I appreciated the kid zone room with video games.

Easy access from Gare de Lyon station.

Loved the underground parking, the gym, the pool, the position within such an easy walk of the sights.

Sorting out the sofa beds was a chore, given the very tight space.

Room was tiny for 4 people. Air con didn't work.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was very good too.It is also a children friendly hotel.

Room to small for a family of 4. We had to wait an extra 2 hours after check inn time as room was not ready. We also had to wait 30 min to enter the restaurant for our last breakfast as 1 of the 2 restaurants was being used for a conference.

Nice size room. Clean.

Room cards had to be replaced because they stopped working.

Room too small for a family of 4, but will most probably stay here again because of the safe location for families.

Our modern room

The overcrowded breakfast room which is rather small for the size of your hotel. Also the quality of your self service coffee machines is not appropriated for such heavy work and they are constantly partially out of order. I had a justified complaint concerning my reservation after my checking in and the receptionist did not even consider to apologize. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

24 hr swimming pool. Wifi. Room big, warm. Train station across the road. Staff good english and helpful

Didnt have breakfast as it is 16.5 for buffet or 8 for small. No in between.
