newly remodeled spacious room, friendly staff at a fairly reasonable rate for a city hotel bed a bit too hard, parking (next to hotel is the only option) quite expensive 24 EUR for the night |

The location was perfect for us, close to the Railway station and near centre of Lille. The staff were very helpful in every respect and the room was very clean. The web site did not show that tea/coffee facilities were available in the room, otherwise no complaints at all. |

Room was very clean and modern. Large parking garage right beside hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke english. Video games in lobby for our son to play. The only thing I would ask is if the actual name of the hotel was closer to street level. We drove past it twice with our GPS telling us our desitination was on our left. The Hotel is very modern and we thought it was an office building. The name was at the very top of the hotel. |

Convenient location. Friendly & helpful staff. Effecient service. Modern facilities No proper restaurant. Cafe menu could be more extensive. Cooked breakfast was cold. No car park. Guests must use the car park at Flanders Station which is quite expensive (Euro19/day) - although very close. |

They were flexible, they gave us a better non-smoking room for the same price because what we paid it was not available at that moment. The room was nice, clean and quiet, the hotel is close to everything in Lille. It was a really good choice. |

Voor het uitgangspunt wat wij hadden, een wijnbeurs, uitstekend, op loopafstand bereikbaar, maar ook dicht bij het centrum voor de rest van he verblijf De televisie is niet internationaal gericht. Alleen franstalige zenders en een zeer beperkt engelstalig. En dat bij digitale televisie van tegenwoordig. De LCD-breedbeeld is daardoor in dit hotel geen toegevoegde waarde. |
