The hotel was very nicely situated downtown. The personal was very friendly. Breakfast on the terrasse was a delight I would have hoped to have free WiFi in the room. Also the many mugs kept the first night sleep quite busy (it was so hot these days...) |

Very good central location. Very nice room - well equipped and comfortable. Very difficult to find and finding car park even worse...breakfast was poor. A good variety of choice apparently but dishes in hot trays not topped up, so choice was nil. |

Close to city Centre. There is no insulation and can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. The heat of the room was unbearable making it difficult to sleep despite windows open all day all night and thermostat turned off. |

The hotel is a standard Novotel design, a little dull, but well-looked after. Centrally located, but not actually on the Grand Place, it is not too difficult to find if you have a decent map. There is limited parking outside and the public parking is a short distance away. Good breakfast, with eggs, bacon and sausages a well as traditional continental. The hotel is rather bland, designed as it is, with the businessman in mind. However, the location is quiet, so for a weekend it is not too bad. For us, travelling up from Southern France, it is a good stop on the way to the ferries at Calais. |

It was in a quiet street location but very close to some nice shops and restaurants. Also, the staff spoke adequate English, which was a relief! There could have been some more literature around regarding sightseeing opportunities. There was a lovely free zoo to visit, but no mention of it at all in the hotel foyer. |

Central location, with convenient parking nearby. Quiet atmosphere, with no obtrusive staff presence - but there to help if needed. Car access to parking quite obscure - not the fault of the hotel itself. |

Central convenience, close to public car park (Car park is very reasonable priced. If paying by international credit card, make sure you go to the machines down near the entrance. Street level machines only take local cards). Emails with staff with our specific requirements were responded to promptly, politely and rooms prepared as requested. |
