The staff were polite and spoke good English. Room was very clean and comfortable. My children especially liked the swimming pool. The car parking charges. Be careful if you have a tall vehicle or a roof box, the car park headroom is less than 2300mm in places. |

The hotel itself was pleasant and inviting. The pool was a bonus and much enjoyed. Children were made welcome. The food was of a poor standard, the choice was inferior, not a bit like a usual French restaurant and the waiters were rushed off their feet. There were 6 of us for dinner and the food came at different times, rather than together. It spoilt what would otherwise have been a good experience. |

Having breakfast outside by the pool - the service, food and setting was very good. Did not like being put in a disabled room first. It seemed the facilities for disabled people were poor. |

Staff were extremely helpful and the facilities excellent. We were travelling with a toddler and really appreciated the welcome we and our toddler received. |

comfort of the bed, facilities, good decoration location (for me, the location was ok to go to Lyon Gerland Stadium..but for general travellers the location is not very convenient) |

the room was spacey and clean. breakfast was very good. Also the fact that the hotel's location is well connected with public transportation internet access was not free and the charge was too expensive (5 Euros / Hour). most hotels nowadays provide free wifi internet access. |

good, clean, comfortable room. there were no taxis ready by the hotel in the morning, and a half-hour wait for a called-in cab is way too long. this was totally unexpected. |

Nice and clean, modern and nice bath room, located close to a concert hall to which i had tickets Hotels at same price level much closer to city Center, parking a little expensive taking into account the distance from city center |

Les produits (thé, café etc) mis à disposition gratuitement avec la bouilloire électrique, la salle de bain et la proximité des halles Tony Garnier Il y avait une brosse pour les chaussures mais pas de brosse pour les toilettes, par expérience du métier, je plains les femmes de chambre... |

Design de l'hotel, le petit dejeuner, l'accueil, situation excentrée mais proche du metro ( 10mn) et du bus qui mène directement en centre ville ( apres le pont Pasteur bus 15 ) Wifi payante |

Bien insonorisé, chambre bien équipée (minibar, frigo, safe, sèche- cheveux,...),pratique pour la Halle Tony Garnier. Parking à 16.5 Euros la nuit un peu cher... |
