Our second stay (October 18) was far better than our first(Sept 17). Our room was clean and comfortable -as opposed to the dirty, uncomfortable room we had in Sept. However, the food was better the first time - though the young lady who served dinner in Oct was first class - as was the young lady running the desk when we booked in October 18. You really should do something about the air-conditioning. We were told, in Sept, that renovations were taking place - as an 'explanation' for the dirty room. However, in Oct, although the room was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was extremely inefficient. |

Close to the airport and free shuttle bus. Good enough to stay overninght after a late evening flight. I booked non-smoking room (booking confirmation states "Strictly Non smoking"), but my room was non-smoking and Hotel cannot change the room due to full booking. It is no meaning to book non-smoking! |

we were delighted to find that the sofa bed was already made up for our children on arrival. Also we were warmly welcomed into the restaurant although it was after 9.30 and were offered a delicious and varied choice from the menu, including choices for the children. It took a little while to work the t.v.Instructions would be very useful! |

Modern, clean & comfortable throughout. Although I had paid for a full Breakfast in advance I was told I could only have a biscuit/tea/coffee as I was leaving at 4am and nothing could be done that early or left from the night before - Poor service from a hotel so close to an airport! |

the room was clean and comfortable and there were coffe and tea making facilities in the room (although there could have been more milk provided). The evening meal and the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. #Would recommend this hotel. Very convenient. There wasn't anything we didn't like about it. |

I tried to solve the following problem with the staff - when I reserved on booking.com one room I was charged twice one as non refundable rate at the moment of reservation and than again the same amount of money by Novotel.com was taken from my creditcard second tome just 5 days before arrival. Money had not been returned yet. So check Your credit accounts carefully when book this hotel though booking.com. Staff knows how to charge You twice but pretend they can 't return Your money back. Now I am back to Latvia and have to go to my banlk to stop Novotel 'mistaken'transaction. |

I took a train to Marseille and then bus to the airport. I really appreciated being picked up at the airport and then getting dropped at the airport for my early morning flight. I didn't take the buffet breakfast but the price sounded quite high: 14.50 euros. |
