The hotel has a security gate at the entrance. You have to push an intercom button to gain entrance. If the staff is right there, you gain entrance immediately. If they are off attending to something else, plan on waiting at the front gate for awhile. We tried to eat at the restaraunt, but had trouble getting waited on. We finally left and ate somewhere else. For the above reasons, I could not rate the staff as excellent.

For our purposes, proximity to airport after a long flight. The facilities are good--decent restaurant and outdoor area. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. The room (2nd floor) was a bit shabby; particularly the carpet. Bathroom had been recently renovated so was ok.

Bon accueil tardif. Silencieux Chambre non-fumeur qui empestait le tabac (mais nous avons pu être changés de chambres). Le seul ascenseur disponible est à l'autre bout de l'hôtel par rapport à la réception. A déconseiller aux personnes handicapées ou se déplaçant difficilement avec des valises.

Malgré le manque d'informations transmises par Booking.com à Novotel, le personnel a fait son possible pour nous satisfaire. Nous étions accompagnés par une personne handicapée, information qui n'a pas été transmise à Novotel. La transmission des informations dans le sens Booking.com Novotel est insuffisante. Les références clients et les observations demandées par Booking.com ne sont pas transmises à Novotel
