Novotel Marseille Vieux Port

The hotel is well situated away from the crowd and noise of the city centre yet it is very close to the city centre and the Vieux port where all the activities and shopping are.

The hotel has a public parking underground which is shared by Sofitel. So the hotel does have its own dedicated parking. Although no one from outside the hotel would normally go and park there, it is possible for anyone to use this parking even if not staying at the hotel using the Pay and Park system.

On site private parking (16 euro per night), location.

The hotel was under construction during our visit, should be closed and not accepting visitors. The upgrade we paid for, was a ground floor room with views of the reception, so we had to keep our curtains constantly closed. The receptionist does not speak english!

Vraiment trop cher pour un novotel .....(160 euros) et on est pas dans la capitale, loin de là...

dommage que l'on ai pas pû me dépanner d'un peigne pour un hotel de cette gamme!!!!!

Hotel bien situé situe sur le port ;pratique parking privé

Chambre correcte mais salle de bain minuscule; pas de vue au bord de la mer

l'hôtel est très excentré, compter au moins 1/2 heure à pied pour le vieux port

Nous avons appréciez la qualité du service, la fraîcheur des lieux et la piscine compte tenu du climat.

Aangename, vlotte en professionele ontvangst. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, incluis de toen aanwezige verflui (chapeau!). Aangename, ruime, propere kamer, uitstekende badkamer. Uitgebreide keuze ontbijtbuffet en bar.

De koffie was echt niet lekker, de betegeling rond het zwembad alsook de matrassen op de ligstoelen waren onaangenaam heet.

Het tarief wat afgesproken was werd niet geaccepteerd, wij betaalde geen 133,=n maar 145,=

Vi kände oss verkligen välkommna till Novotel med trevlig och engagerad personal som hjälpte oss. Vi fick underbara frukostar som verkligen håll hög klass.

Ombyggnation som pågick, men det måste narturligvis göras.

nous n'avons pas été prévenus de la présence de travaux empêchant l'accès au restaurant qui est un des principaux atouts de l'hôtel en raison d'une vue panoramique sur le Vieux Port. Le prix du parking.

金額の割りに、ホテルの外観、新しさ、部屋は快適で十分満足した。

唯一マイナスポイントは、キャンセル不可の４人ファミリールームで事前予約していたにも関わらず、部屋が決- まっておらず、通常のダブルルームに通された。タオルセットなども２人分しかなかったため連絡すると、別の- 部屋を用意してくれたが、気分的に疲れた。事前支払いの部屋なのだから部屋は確実に押さえておいてほしかっ- た。
