Would definitely return to this hotel. It is bright, clean, has a heated outdoor pool. The staff are friendly, and speak good english. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied and the location is right on the marina.

The hotel was well presented. It was neat and clean. It was also centrally located and perfect for my needs in that regard. The initial room allocation was poor - far too noisy being next to a store room. The service in the restaurant was very slow.

The location and the friendly staff in both the restaurant and the front desk. The food is also very good. Everything else. It's way below all Novotels I have ever stayed. It's, at the best an Ibis, a bad Ibis. It's more like a Formule 1 with Novotel pricing. Nobody to help you with the luggage. Kids cannot go to the indoor pool, so it's extremely unfriendly. Cleaning staff was rude...very rude. The general state of the facilities are a little outdated and looks like it had been upgraded for the latest time in 1993, maximum. The rooms needed a serious refurbishing and the air-conditioning/heater made a lot of noise but didn't blow any air, hot or cold.

Location The room does not correspond at a 4* Hotel... The bed was a sofa- bed.View on staff break. Noisy air conditioning. Bath room like in a Formule 1 hotel ...Breakfast not included in price, so expensive regarding quality/comfort and price

La décoration de l'entrée très design, le bar, les exterieurs sont très agrèables. Le personnel du restaurant très serviable. Les chambres sont vraiment obsolètes, et moches surtout que je me suis retrouvée sur l'arriere de l'hotel vue sur parking avec des fenètres impossibles à ouvrir. De plus il y a l'alarme qui c'est déclenchée à 23h samedi soir.C'était la panique à la réception et elle a sonné presque 20 minutes.Tous les clients étaient complètement affolés en pyjama à la reception + des allemands en caleçon (presque nu).Tout ça parcequ'un client de l'hotel fumé dans sa chambre?????non fumeur.

Le style de l'hotel est agréable et accueillant.Le personnel est à l'écoute également.Le cadre et la proximité de la ville sont des atouts. L'accés au parking est assez difficile avec une grosse berline ou un coupé assez long.
