There was no lift and they wanted to charge 7 Euro per person for taking luggage up a flight of stairs. After discussion with manager he cancelled charge

bekend terrein, gemakkelijke inschrijving s´avonds om 23.55 ingecheckt, de bar was leeg, maar nog wel bemand, echter geen drankje-hapje meer te krijgen omdat het al bijna 24.00 uur was. Slechte service voor een weinig bezet hotel.

we hebben hier 4 jaar eerder al eens overnacht ,en hadden prettige ervaringen met dit hotel ,maar nu 4 jaar later is het wel erg snel verouderd norse baliemedewerker, versleten lakens, vies bankje,badkamer niet schoon ,nee dit is de laatste keer hier voor overnachtingshotel

Met het hotel zelf (kamer, zwembad, foyer ed), is niets mis. Het personeel daarentegen was alles behalve vriendelijk. Vooral de receptionist was onbeschoft. Het eten is ook niet van hoogwaardige kwaliteit. Voor een "familie"hotel werden de kinderen niet echt geaccepteerd, eerder als last gezien. Bij aankomst bleken niet 2, maar slechts 1 kamer gereserveerd. Terwijl er wel 2 superior rooms gereserveerd waren. Uiteindelijk 2 kamers toegewezen gekregen, maar niet zonder slag of stoot. Overigens hebben wij in andere Novotels gelogeerd, waar de service en kwaliteit uitstekend waren. Het hotel op zich is niet slecht, maar het personeel zou zich wat positiever en klantvriendelijker mogen opstellen. 1. De attitude van de receptionist viel op zijn zachts gezegd tegen. 2. Ondanks de reservering voor 2 Superior rooms, bleek er maar 1 genoteerd.

goed voor overnachting voor passagiers op doorreis. kok moet nog veel bijleren om een kwalitatieve smakelijke maaltijd op tafel te krijgen tegen een deftige prijs.Dus : eten was nihil, de kaart is nihil, keuze van gerechten is nihil terwijl bijna de prijs van een sterrenrestaurant wordt aangerekend.

was slechts een overnachting 's avonds laat aangekomen en 's morgensvroeg weer weg , dus weinig oordeel. De restaurantkaart kon echter niet op tegen de faciliteiten rondom het hotel aanwezig

“I stayed here with 2 children. Close to Autoroute, good stop-off point for travel to southern Europe.
