The staff was great. I especially have to thank the chef. We were traveling all morning and missed lunch. Even though the kitchen was closed at the time, he personally came out to our table and offered to prepare us hot food. He made us a large salad and two bowls of spaghetti, which was fantastic! It's also a great location to the airport if you are planning to fly out in the early morning. The air conditioning had been completely shut off for the winter, and only the heat worked. The problem is, it was so warm in the room, it was almost impossible to sleep. The windows were bolted closed, so we couldn't even cool off that way. All they could do was apologize.

Location is superb. Close to Airport and 24 hour shuttle bus. Room is rather small, facilities is much poorer than Suite Novotel that I lived in in Cannes. But the prices are almost same.

I have stayed here on a number of earlier visits and like Novotel generally, for its uniformity. I was surprised this time - shocked at how poorly briefed staff were about transport links to Monaco. I suggest you carry timetables of all public transport available at Nice Airport as a priority to all catchment area destinations - after all the hotel is a hub hotel and not a destination in itself...so please get with it.. The business inet cubicles are too small and too hot, consider different lighting as the spot lights create heat in the confined area. The free wifi in the hotel is very poor indeed. Either improve it or go to a pay system only. Dont rely on poor but free services to delight anyone! I would seriously review staying at this novotel again this experience gives me a negative feel about the group and its management of its brand.

It's location to the Nice airport for early flights. Comfortable overnight stay and good restaurant. Moderately priced which is always appreciated. I particularly liked the free in-room wifi which is not true at the Heathrow London Novotel where only 20 minutes in the lobby is offered. I suggest you have Heathrow Novotel change it's policy to that of the Nice Arenas Novotel. We use both hotels at least once to twice a year.

Close to airport, Parc Phoenix and bus or train into Nice. Great staff, efficient and pleasant. Was able to check in for flight on their computer and print boarding passes at no charge. Good free airport shuttle service. Restaurant was disappointing. I ate there a couple of years ago and it was great, but this time and the previous time it was not very good. Not sure what happened. High bathtub makes it difficult to get into/out of shower. I prefer the rooms at Suites Novotel.

Hotel staff is wonderful, helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It would be better to have a little coffee pot to brew coffee in the room instead of hot water with instant coffee, which is really terrible.
