Novotel Orléans La Source  

In a good location with easy access to the auto-route and into the main centre of Orleans La Source. Very quiet too, no traffic noise. We chose a superior room, which I would add is much nicer than the standard room.

Convienient location

The few staff that were on duty saturday evening worked very hard but considering it was a saturday and there was a private function being held in the hotel/restaurent at least double the staff should have been on duty

parking was safe and easy

distance from room to reception was far far far to far to lift which was too small and completely in wrong position , only one.

Very slow service when ordering pre dinner drinks, it took an hour and a half for our main course to be served, the steak was cold on arrival. They need to train their waiting staff.

Great room for a family of four. Fantastic to have pool after long journey.

That it was a convenient stopping point on our drive through France from Paris. Also the location was quiet and we liked the park-like setting because our dog was with us. Room was comfortable, quite spacious and clean.

It was quite difficult to find as it wasn't really located in Orleans La Source although not far from the autoroute as it turned out. We didn't have a gps.

Since we were only staying en route for one night, we did not avail ourselves of the facilities offered, but were very pleased at the large free car park, the use of wi-fi in our room and the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Also the availability of the cafe during the after noon. We would certainly be happy to stay again on our return or on another trip as we pass by at least twice a year.

We thought for a luxury hotel that providing cardboard cups in the bedroom was not acceptable. A small point, but a valid one.

Used this hotel as a stopover on way from Zeebrugge to Lot Region. It was ideally situated close to the motorway. Staff were helpful and friendly, speaking good English, and quickly rectified a problem we had with our room. Both breakfast and dinner were good

Set in a quiet area in its own grounds in a quiet suburb.Excellent facilities for families including swimming pool and tennis. Well equipped and comfortable rooms together with a good on-site restaurant.

Hard to find anything wrong although cardboard cups for hot drinks in the bedrooms seems like a bad idea!

Price and free breakfast

Hotel located outside of Orleans city, not convenience for city tour if u don't have a car. Dinner in hotel restaurant is terrible, don't try

No destaco nada en especial, es lo que uno espera.

Que no es fácil acceder. Quizás me cuestan mucho las señales viales en Francia. Pero si uno no sale por el lugar correcto, ¡ a hacer kilómetros! El restaurant es caro para lo que ofrecen, si no hay mas remedio, adelante.

La situation pour nos activités ce jour là, le cadre magnifique et le calme (malgré la route pas loin), le parking fermé, le buffet et l'accueil petit déjeuner. Pour l'été: certainement le plaisir de la piscine et de ce parc bien arboré.

L'ascenseur loin de l'accueil, d'ou une difficulté pour les personnes qui marchent avec difficulté, et ce couloir immense ( mais c'est ce qui fait aussi le charme du bâtiment !), l' équipement salle de bain: joli, mais pas rationnel ( dont ces mitigeurs de baignoire dont on ne sait jamais comment les faire marcher )
