Ben comunicat amb l'aeroport i també amb el tren per anar a visitar el centre de Paris. Teníem que agafar un vol des de Paris a primera hora del matí i varem aprofitar el dia avanç per visitar Paris, per això es ideal, també es pot agafar un Ibis que hi ha al costat. Per dintre del aeroport has de caminar bastant per aconseguir agafar un metro automàtic que et porta al hotel. I no esta massa indicat. Pot ser hi ha una manera mes ràpida de arribar a aquest metro del aeroport, t'aconsello que te informis avanç (be, això si te vols estalviar la caminada). |

The politeness of the staff, and their helpfulness. The quietness of the room, so near to the airport. I was not happy to see a cigarette burn in our bottom sheet. |

proximity to airport, clean comfortable room and bathroom, multiple types of fresh fruit available at breakfast rather curt and unhelpful telephone response when I called to ask how to get from the airport train station to the hotel |

Location, access from rer and to cdg Terminals, design/features, cleanliness, staff helpfulness/language skills, sound insulation from airport noise. Hotel fufilled our expectations and needs perfectly. |

Convenience to Airport and to new shuttle train.Room well laid out. Unfortunately, thermostat was not functioning and high temperature made room uncomfortable! |

Room service (two nights) meals arrived cold. The quality of the buffet breakfast was well below standards (no glasses at the juice section and the hot food was limited in choice, quanity in container was low and was cold. The room temperature was too hot and the air conditioning system appeared to be inoperative |

Although we had booked and paid for two rooms, we had to spend some time explaining this two the staff before getting it. And it was after midnight and we had to leave the hotel at 5:00 in the morning, se we really just wanted to get some sleep. |

The booking process was smooth, the location was excellent, the check-in process almost efficient, the room clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom design excellent. Breakfast was generally good. Internet access in the foyer was a convenient bonus. We were mistakenly sent to a room that was already occupied, the room we were then sent to did not have enough towels and we were asked to go to reception to collect more, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were hard. The corridors smelled of cigarettes. |

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.Jamal,the reception clerk was very helpful in helping me wife to get boarding passes fromAir Canada.The food at dinner and the breakfas were superb. |

I selected this hotel because of its very convenient location within CDG Airport area at Terminal 3 and train station with fast automatic shuttle services to T1 and T2. The room was quite and the restaurant was excellent. The room rate which included breakfast was good value when booking well ahead. |
