Novotel Paris Charles De Gaulle Terminal

Ben comunicat amb l'aeroport i també amb el tren per anar a visitar el centre de Paris. Teníem que agafar un vol des de Paris a primera hora del matí i varem aprofitar el dia avanç per visitar Paris, per això es ideal, també es pot agafar un Ibis que hi ha al costat.

Per dintre del aeroport has de caminar bastant per aconseguir agafar un metro automàtic que et porta al hotel. I no esta massa indicat. Pot ser hi ha una manera mes ràpida de arribar a aquest metro del aeroport, t'aconsello que te informis avanç (be, això si te vols estalviar la caminada).

Bed was good.

The hotel was spartan, cold, rugs in hall and room were dirty.

Location, access from rer and to cdg Terminals, design/features, cleanliness, staff helpfulness/language skills, sound insulation from airport noise.

Hotel fufilled our expectations and needs perfectly.

Room service (two nights) meals arrived cold. The quality of the buffet breakfast was well below standards (no glasses at the juice section and the hot food was limited in choice, quanity in container was low and was cold. The room temperature was too hot and the air conditioning system appeared to be inoperative

Totally Satisfied.

The booking process was smooth, the location was excellent, the check-in process almost efficient, the room clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom design excellent. Breakfast was generally good. Internet access in the foyer was a convenient bonus.

We were mistakenly sent to a room that was already occupied, the room we were then sent to did not have enough towels and we were asked to go to reception to collect more, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were hard. The corridors smelled of cigarettes.

Attached to the Charles DeGaulle airport was a plus for morning flight.

I selected this hotel because of its very convenient location within CDG Airport area at Terminal 3 and train station with fast automatic shuttle services to T1 and T2. The room was quite and the restaurant was excellent. The room rate which included breakfast was good value when booking well ahead.

Very quiet considering location, very easy access to airport.

Needs signage to front door where shuttle bus drops off pax - caused some confusion for first time travellers on bus

Perfect location. We had flight early in the morning and reserved this hotel for our last night in Paris. It is in walking distance from all terminals. Rooms and personal were irreproachable. Very good breakfast.

The hotel staff were courtious helpful,the dining room staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The situation of the hotel and the proximity to the shuttle train makes it an easy to catch a early flight, or a late one at CDG airport. Thank You.

Being not fluent in French, a menu in English would be appreciated, or the staff could try English, on the other hand we could learn French.

great room for those accustomed to USA hotel standards - wonderfully convenient for a CDG connection - great access to the outstanding Paris and France rail system too - you could spend an evening in Paris and catch an outbound flight in the morning, no problem!

some staff were a bit surly.
