The location was excellent. It was 5 min walking to our terminal. Also extremely easy to reach by RER from Paris. We didn't even have to leave the station to enter the hotel in inclimate weather. The only complaint was the reaching of the hotel on the web site is not clear that that stop to get off at the RER was the first one on line B from Paris.

Location. Location. Location. Just a few minutes from Terminal 2 with free shuttle buses running frequently. Friendly staff and decent food. Don't take a taxi to get here (from the cdg airport). Really. There is another hotel, farther away, called Suite Novotel. It's the perfect excuse for the *u**i** taxi driver to rip you off €20 for a useless ride. Both hotels are reachable with the shuttle buses, but this one (Novotel, not Suite Novotel) is very close to the airport.

Very convenient location and inside the airport. The breakfast needs to be desired for Euros 15, not worth it!!

Fantastic location for an overnight stay after our bike tour in the Loire valley. Tgv direct to the airport, rail shuttle to Terminal 3, walk across the station to the hotel. Reverse to Terminal 2 for our flight out the next day. Good place to relax after our tour with no stress about getting to the airport on time the next day. Hotel restaurant food was good to excellent and the breakfast offered extensive choices. Room service was available. Though we didn't use it we saw a lot of trays in the hallway of those who had. While the hotel food was good, service was uneven, and prices as you'd expect in an airport hotel. Unlike most hotels in France, breakfast was not included in the room rate which would have been nice.

It was so easy to get to from the terminal we arrived at! This meant our stress levels were really reduced and we were in a great frame of mind when we arrived. The rooms were super quite and very very clean! The beds were deluxe and I loved the convenience of having a kettle in the room for a cup of tea before bed. The other great thing was the closeness to Paris - it was a short trip to the city and we spent the day in town before returning to the hotel for our overnight stay before flying out the next day. This was a great way to break up the trip. I would have liked to have a short turn around time washing/ironing service and/or an iron available (there were none free). The television channels were also really bad - there was nothing to watch for a non-French speaker. Also the WiFi was difficult to use - in other hotels we stayed in they gave us a password and we used that to log on rather than having to do the whole log on process ourselves. I found that frustrating.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and helpful and the dinner was exquisite! The temperature in the hotel room was far too hot and unable to turn down. None of us could sleep well even though everything else was very comfortable. I would not recommend unless this was changed.

Despite the name, the Novotel Terminal cdg still requires a train/shuttle to go to Terminal 2 (main/most busy terminal). The Sheraton cdg has a better location, inside the terminal 2.

Convenience to the airport was our reason for selecting the Novotel. Its location immediately adjacent to the airport shuttle train made it the easy choice for this 24-hour stopover in Paris. Ibis, Hilton and Sheraton also have properties on the airport shuttle train line. The rooms are truly soundproofed and offer no airport noise. Room heating and air conditioning can not be adjusted individually. As it was explained to us by the Front Office staff, when the heat for the hotel is on its on for the entire hotel, when the a/c is on, its on for all rooms. For this hotel that offers exceptional soundproofing by double sealed windows, this lack of this option is unacceptable. It was only after 3 calls to the front desk that we discovered this unacceptable situation. The first call produced no visit from the hotel technician, the second call produced 3 teenage trainees who asked if I wished to have the locked soundproof window opened to cool the room. When I called the front desk, the staff came up with a key to a new room and the technician who explained I should not touch the HVAC controls in the new room as it will disrupt any ventilation that may exist. The new room was cooler, but only because it was located in a corner of the hotel that does not received direct sun. Surely this is not international airport standard for this French Hotel firm.

We stayed one night to connect flight. It's close to terminal. Almost everything is terrible. I must say, the novotel hotel found an amazing photographer. The room looks exactly as the photo, but it is quite different. The furnitures, the walls, the window are all cheap things. It's difficult to expect so cheap things in a 4 star hotel! Even worse is the service. Sorry, there is no service. But maybe the hoel thinks they provide service. One working staff at reception had very bad temper. No smile. Reply with anger. I believe it is my last time to stay at Novotel.

Novotel Paris CDG Terminal is located in a good position. I usually travel with many baggages for my business, it was hard to bring them all to other hotels outside the Air port. I could go to the hotel with cart except CDGVAL(Airport shuttle train). It's nice for you as well as me, I think. And the price is also reasonable. You can go to the city of Paris with RER and other transportation system from the hotel. In other word,

Proximity to airport When I first arrived, I had to wait a long time at reception for staff to appear. And the next morning, I also had to wait a long time at the bar to be served coffee. The hotel seems to be short-staffed.

Right on the terminal. 1. Very confusing sign boards especially in shuttle bus pickup place. The sign board says for both this and the suite. 2. Infact, like me there were 2 - 3 people having the same problem of locating the way to go to the hotel. 3. Once i get off at the CDGVAL, the sign board says again for bus pickup for Novotel which is again confusing. Actually i found the Big Novotel outside and then realized the place is where i am supposed to go. 4. Driving directions should be kept more clearly. 5. Especially on cold days visitor to CDG, arriving @ 9:30 PM or so its really difficult to manage. 6. I was surprised to see there was no Moisture lotion in the Bathroom. This is the first time i am seeing hotel of a repuration does not have the lotion.

The location of the Hotel was very good as it was close to Terminal 2 with a short trip via the train. The one lady staff at the hotel who checked me in did not explain to me where the room was or how I could get there. She expected me to know via some kind of telepathy. She did not explain about the security card use in the elevator or where the elevator was, so I had no idea why the elevator did not operate. It was another customer who finally explained to me how to use the elevator. She asked me if I was alone or was there two of us staying at the room. I don't know why she asked that question as I clearly marked on the booking form it was for one person. I found the experience of the staff to be second class and I certainly did not expected to be treated in such a unprofessional manner.

Only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the CDG airport, took less than 5 mins to get to terminal 1 Room was far too hot and aircon did not work despite 3 requests to have it fixed. Minimal tea and coffee facilities with paper cups and wooden stirring sticks, squeaky doors. For $150 euro a night would have expected a higher standard and it was more like a 2 star hotel. Restaurant attached to hotel is overpriced and quality of food was not that great.

I was traveling from Terminal 2, so to get to the hotel I used the shuttle train. The hotel is a really average hotel, good for a short stay to catch next morning flight. I would not recommend it for longer stay. The prices are high, I had a lot nicer hotel for part of this money in Paris before. I have no idea why did they call my room superiour...
