Lähellä lentokenttää, erinomainen junayhteys lentokentälle, keskustaan ja siten oikeastaan joka suuntaan Kalliihko, eikä ilmaista internetyhteyttä, voisin kuvitella että tuohon hintaan sisältyisi jo sellainen, varsinkin kun seuraavassa saman nimisessä hotellissa sellainen löytyi. |

Room service (two nights) meals arrived cold. The quality of the buffet breakfast was well below standards (no glasses at the juice section and the hot food was limited in choice, quanity in container was low and was cold. The room temperature was too hot and the air conditioning system appeared to be inoperative |

Although we had booked and paid for two rooms, we had to spend some time explaining this two the staff before getting it. And it was after midnight and we had to leave the hotel at 5:00 in the morning, se we really just wanted to get some sleep. |

The booking process was smooth, the location was excellent, the check-in process almost efficient, the room clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom design excellent. Breakfast was generally good. Internet access in the foyer was a convenient bonus. We were mistakenly sent to a room that was already occupied, the room we were then sent to did not have enough towels and we were asked to go to reception to collect more, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were hard. The corridors smelled of cigarettes. |
