Location, location, location, and cleanliness'. The bar menu option was quite nice for the overnight stay

Cannot understand how a major hotel at an international airport such as CDG, does not have more English speaking news channels (CNN???). BBC is fine but simply not sufficient for one to keep up with world events

Convience to the Airport. It was fantastic and easy for an early morning flight. They also allowed us to leave our bags early in the morning and come back to check in later. They were very helpful. Would stay there again.

Convenience for early flight

Room was too hot. Fan was set to high and temp setting to the coldest but the temperature in the room never went below 77F.

The convenience to the airport was terrific. The room was spotless and comfortable.

The dining room doesn't open until 7:00 p.m.

It would be very helpful if there was a directory in the hotel lobbby listing the airport terminal served by various airlines.

It was not really an airport location, as the terminals were not very accessible when carrying bags. I would have been better off staying farther away from the airport, paying less, for nicer accommodations, at a hotel with a shuttle. I was very disappointed.

The location was perfect for an overnight stay and an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, the bed comfy and there was a free WiFi

The front desk staff was borderline rude, the restaurant staff slow and the food very generic. The room was for triple occupancy (and the rate was higher) but there were only two towels.

Location right on the airport can't be beat!

Even though the restaurant was clearly "no smoking", I felt overwhelmed by smokiness. Not sure where it came from (I kept looking around to see who was smoking but no one was). Almost had to leave as it was very, very unpleasant (staff and food were delightful though)

A/c in room did not work; hotel offered an alternative room, but it was late and we didn't want the hassle. So, the hotel staff unlocked the window so we could gain outside air.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very, very quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Attached to airport via short train making it easy to catch early morning flight.

No actual coffee maker in room, just hot water heater with instant coffee.

Perfect location for those flying back to the state from Paris cdg, especially a morning flight. My son and I took the tgv from Lyon directly to Paris cdg Thursday evening arriving at 9 pm and flew out Friday morning so staying here was perfect for us. The front desk staff is very helpful.

Prices in the restaurant are rather high especially for breakfast Room windows do not open making the hotel very stuffy with lingering odors Bathrooms are also awkward

Room was very warm. A/C didn't seem to and staff didn't seem to want to help.

On check in, the forst room we were assigned had not been cleaned. A small mistake, and quickly fixed, but not a good intro.

You cannot get much more convenient for flying out of CDG on an early morning flight. You walk out of the train station to the hotel, and it is 5 minutes on the free CDGVAL shuttle to your terminal. Nice clean hotel with a decent cafe for that last evening's meal

Rooms that face the airport are literally less than 200 meters from jets, meaning noise almost all night long.

Friendly staff, and excellent situation for flying out the next day. The soup at the bar was tasty and not expensive.

The fruit salad at the bar was small and too expensive.

Close to airport and train station

Overpriced for what you get. Uncomfortable bed/pillows, pair Wi-Fi, no atmosphere, cleaning staff don't speak French or English. I will not book this hotel again

we were taking the plane in the morning, perfect location to relax and be at the airport, no worry of traffic.

Quiet, great location.

The meal we had in the restaurant was the WORST we had had in a 2 week trip to Paris, Switzerland, and Austria. I got the chopped steak--it was overcooked and seasoned poorly. The french fries were tasty but cold. The "mesclun salad" had nothing but lettuce where every piece was brown. This was out last night before returning home and it was not up to par with Denny's cuisine. Restaurant chain in the US. The manager should be forced to eat there one night at 9 p.m.
