とにかく空港に行くのに便利。夕食前、時間があったので VALで空港へ散歩。免税手続きカウンターを確認。おかげで翌朝 ロスタイム無し。やはりパリ市内に泊らなくて良かったと痛感。 部屋は十分な広さで快適。 朝食も充実。 ホテルの利用について案内が乏しい。 何気なくTVをさわっていて偶然 モーニングコールの設定を見つけた次第。 |

到着した日は、既に夜中の零時過ぎであり、ホテルへのシャトルは無く、タクシーで８ユーロも払った。空港が広いからしょうがないが。。。 |

アクセスが非常に便利。 「Satisfaction or no charge」というサービスをうたい文句にしていたが、トイレのドアがギシギシとうるさくて、夜中にトイレを使用するときは他の部屋に迷惑がかかることを心配した。風邪気味だったがテッシュペーパー入れがほとんど空だった。室内にマニュアル類が全く無いため、モーニングコールの設定方法やインターネットの使用方法が判らなかった。貴社に迷惑がかかるので「no Charge」は要求しなかったが・・・。 |

closeness to airport I am a regular customer now.I have stayed already for 2 trips and plan to stay more since I fly to paris 12 times in a year .Is there any special consideration for regular customer like membership etc? |

Well insulated and quiet rooms. Good location for Paris by RER and the airport terminals for flights. Renovations meant that hotel was not accessable from the Roissypole Gare. Also there was a problem with the hot water - none available meant cold showers. |

The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Very convenient for catching an early morning flight from Terminal 1. Despite the renovations underway to the restaurant and the limited food service, the food was good and the restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. The reception staff we dealt with were quite unapproachable and seemed very unhappy - a small smile goes a long way. |

Convenient location, comfortable One of my reserved rooms had been rented out to another customer although the hotel did also have our reservation! Basically they had oversold their rooms |

Location to tram to terminals was excellent. Monitor in hotel lobby showed my arriving passenger was 2 hrs delayed. I was able to stay in the room and enjoy the in room coffee. no noise from planes departing at all. It is a sound proof hotel. |

We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel. |

close to airport i had bad services at the hotels restaurant . i complained about the squeky bed in the room above the room i was in.the receptionist laughed and said sex, i wasn't laughing i couldn't sleep all night.even the bed i was in then you moved around it also squeked loudly. |
