Arley Tour Eiffel is just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and 325 ft from Dupleix Metro Station. It has free Wi-Fi access in public areas and the rooms with private bathrooms have satellite TV....

This Mercure hotel is situated on the outskirts of Paris, just south of the 14th arrondissement (district). Its location makes central Paris easily accessible by car or with public transportation.
Score from 57 reviews Good
- Wifi. - Parking.
- Breafast is really expensive (and there is no good alternative nearby). - View.
No microwave facility n staff didnt even warm up my baby food. At times Reception staff ignore guest at desk n at time they offer limited help
Comfortable beds, bathroom and facilities including the restaurant. Staff were very helpful in the restaurant
Electricity went out, and seems to be caused by staff on reception, who laughed at the situation when the electricity came back on. They should consider people travelling by lift to rooms and lack of light, and frightened little children, scared due to lack of light. Unhelpful front desk staff also - a bit rude without cause.
Close to zone 2 on Metro. Excellent breakfast. Clean, bright lobby. Staff quick to respond to the little problems we experienced with our rooms. Clean, modern bathroom. Good space for luggage in entrance to room, although room itself was small.
Constant noise from lifts meant we had to change rooms. Second room slightly further from lifts but we could still hear them from our room. Window stuck ajar so we could hear traffic noise. Safe not working in room. Dodgy light connection in room. Family room was small - no space to walk once sofa bed made up.
Easy access, staff friendly and hepful.
I can't judge on this hotel due to one night stay.. but the friendly, helpful staff will diffenetely make this hotel in my hotel list in next trip to Paris.
1- Will, it's not a complain or something that I would even catogrize it in (don't like) category, but a guest pays for car parking in a 4 star hotel is (can't find a word for it).
fantastic family breakfast room very helpful staff
Facilities Friendliness of staff
Location - run down neighbourhood Car Park - very narrow
Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to metro, only 15-20 minutes to centre on underground. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely lobby area.
No ventilation in the room, would be nice to be able to open the window.
It offers easy acces to the downtown, the staff was ready to help you any time, generally a valiable choice.
The breakfast wasn't that we expected to offer a four stars hotel.
We booked this hotel last minute, two days before leaving for holiday. There were two families going together consisting of four adults and five children. The hotel entrance was lovely, spaceous and modern. The rooms were a little cramp and when the sofa bed was down there was hardly any room to walk. But the room was ok as we weren't planning on staying in the room all day. The bathroom looked fine and in some places a little old! Surprisingly the shower was powerful and the water hot. Breakfast was great in the family room but no toaster to make toast in the main breakfast area. A really good point was the hotel was 2 minutes from the Metro. Great for kids as the entrance had a games room and a x-box to keep the kids entertained. Good value for money as Paris is very expensive.
There were no cupboards to allow us to unpack so had to keep clothes in our suitcases. Only a few shelves for placing some items. Bathroom not fancy. Bathroom and separate toilet didn't have locks! View of the motorway from window however you could see the top of the Effiel Tower. Some members of reception staff were a little unhelpful but one lady very helpful and we tried to speak to her only. A little far from the center of Paris a good 35-40 minutes to travel.
Hotel nice with good restaurant
Location in poor area
accessibility from the main route around Paris
Car Parking was difficult to find. Also slightly awkward to get out due to tightness of the route out.
Very close to public transport & shopping centre
They charge more than I paid. Online
The hotel staff were nice both at check-in and check-out. Nicely designed lobby.
Very springy and uncomfortable sofa bed. Getting in and out of the car park was really tight, need to be very careful so you don't scratch your car. In my opinion, I feel this hotel is more of a 3* than a 4*.
Great nights sleep.
They need more staff on reception.
dirty old carpet along with a dated bath/shower
location and value for money
There was a blue ink stain on the floor. The room had a bad odor.
Staff attitude - we were waiting for our invoice while checking out while two staff members were joking among themselves. They continued to take their time despite us informing them that we were in a hurry to catch a train. Room sizes - small by any standard Facilities - Bath stop did not work and we had a power outage on the first day. To his credit, the maintenance staff fixed it immidiately
Poor buffet Dirty carpet Uncomfortable beds
Restaurant; reasonably good access to transport (if you don't have bags or mobility issues); the little shop for quick snacks.
Hotel gets lots of groups through so the staff are always busy and impatient. Any request for assistance big or small was a lot of effort. Surrounding area was a bit daunting at night.
Almost everything was great. In general the staff were friendly helpfull and competent the hotel was clean and we'll run.
Breakfast, the majority of the staff were not at all pleasant, they never wanted to take finished plates from a table until the guests had left, which meant that at times the tables looked like a rubbish tip.
The room was very clean and staff were kind. In addition the food is good value.
They charged my booking fees twice. Even though they refunded me, but I still need pay the bank transform fees.
A standard Novetel style hotel. Close to one of metro station. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was a decent size.
No breakfast include and no tea or coffee making machine.
