Unhelpful staff Dirty rooms Location poor Stay culminated in flooded room from burst pipe in hallway and damaged luggage
I liked the value for money for families and the free breakfast was very nice
I didnt like the parking and the location.
Room marked as 'Family' was actually same type as others but just plus 2 extra beds (actually, sofas unfolded). A/C in November worked as cold and could not be switched off. So it was crazy cold in the room. Water didn't drain off in the sink and stayed for half ah hour. After 3(!) complains to the reception they have finally changed room for us. After that everything was more or less fine.
space !!! space a very nice place to stay
Rooms too small
We used the hotel purely as a base and place to sleep. Very close to Metro for easy access to central Paris. The family room was ideal.
The breakfast was expensive.
4 star facilities
2 star room size
It was not 4 star hotel. I consider it one star. I have been in 2 star IBIZ hotel it was better than this Hotel
breakfast was ok
The room given to me upon check-in was in very bad state. However, when I informed this to the Front Office, one particular gentleman (unfortunately I can't remember his name) very promptly offered a room change to a higher floor & it was much better than what I got originally.
I could not get connected to Wi-Fi which resulted me not being able to download my emails / keep in contact with my office. Even though I informed this to Front Office staff few times, they simply did not bothered to sort out my problem which left a very bad taste.
Initial interaction while check in was not good. The staff was not very welcoming.
Breakfast, room, bed, wifi
Not the perfect area
the internet was not bad. (Fair)
parking cost a lot. staff was not helpful. expensive breakfast in addition to the very low quality.
The only thing that I liked was the city of Paris.
I have waited for about 30 minutes to check in there was only 2 receptionists for 20 guests the wc in my room was NOT CLEAN the bed sheets were torn apart the carpet in my room was dirty the air inside the room was not fresh the surrounding area of the hotel was dirty THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR
The double bed was comfortable.
The sofa for our two older children was horrible to sleep on, the room was too small for 4 persons.
Comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfasts in the room or in the restuarnt. Well done to the staff during breakfast. They were really friendly and helpful.
The sauna was out of order for two days of our stay. We stayed for more than 7 days and it was annoying having to re-register our Wi-Fi every 24 hours. The children did not enjoy the fact that there was no cable (sky type) TV. Local French channels and international channels only. Very disappointed with that.
Perfect hotel if you travel by car. 100m from the highway and from the "periferique". Underground parking. Nice shops, subway, bus within 100m also.
Near to the metro .
Room was very small for four .carpet was filthy so first impressions of room not good . Area of hotel not great and run down .
Bar and restaurant on site which was brilliant having travelled all day. Breakfast was good...plenty of choice.
The argentinian steaks were tough and had to be sent back. Staff dealt with it well. A 'one off' Im sure
- Wifi. - Parking.
- Breafast is really expensive (and there is no good alternative nearby). - View.
No microwave facility n staff didnt even warm up my baby food. At times Reception staff ignore guest at desk n at time they offer limited help
Comfortable beds, bathroom and facilities including the restaurant. Staff were very helpful in the restaurant
Electricity went out, and seems to be caused by staff on reception, who laughed at the situation when the electricity came back on. They should consider people travelling by lift to rooms and lack of light, and frightened little children, scared due to lack of light. Unhelpful front desk staff also - a bit rude without cause.
Close to zone 2 on Metro. Excellent breakfast. Clean, bright lobby. Staff quick to respond to the little problems we experienced with our rooms. Clean, modern bathroom. Good space for luggage in entrance to room, although room itself was small.
Constant noise from lifts meant we had to change rooms. Second room slightly further from lifts but we could still hear them from our room. Window stuck ajar so we could hear traffic noise. Safe not working in room. Dodgy light connection in room. Family room was small - no space to walk once sofa bed made up.
Easy access, staff friendly and hepful.
I can't judge on this hotel due to one night stay.. but the friendly, helpful staff will diffenetely make this hotel in my hotel list in next trip to Paris.
1- Will, it's not a complain or something that I would even catogrize it in (don't like) category, but a guest pays for car parking in a 4 star hotel is (can't find a word for it).
