Score from 825 reviews Good
Price is affordable. Location is good to access city center by public transport.
The facility has been old. Because of that the cleanness was less than I expect.
Clean hotel, good beds, good breakfast, good location
The allocated room felt hot like a sauna, 27 C, as testified by the hotel technician who was unable to help. The reception did not apologise, did not offer an upgrade, etc. When pushed agreed to allocate a similar room which was somewhat cooler in comparison. As the result (after moving rooms rather late in the evening) didn't get enough sleep and felt terrible the next day. Shame - otherwise it seemed a good hotel to be recommended to friends and relatives
reception and game area is good
room atmosphere second time people wont prefer
Everything about this hotel is excellent. Its clean, relaxing atmosphere. Room was well spacious, large LCD TV, and free bottle of water. The staff was friendly, spoke languages, and the hotel has its indoor restaurant and coffee shops. I also liked the location which is 2 minutes walk from the metro/underground station. But this is a distant metro stop, pretty much far from main touristic sights.
Nothing to complain.
The staff at the Bar area.
The lost our booking and didn't apologies. They took ages to arrange another room then placed us in a room on a floor with a load on students when we have young children. They said breakfast wasn't included when it was. The carpet in our room was disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable.
Proximity to metro.
Photos online suggested new clean rooms. We instead had an older room with a hole in the ceiling, awful painting and old furnishings.
staff and the restaurant
rooms too small.. Parking too expensive and hotel too far from centre of Paris
Beds were comfortable, location was near to train station and shopping mall.
Family room was the same as the non-family room; bed with pull out couch. Room was in need of some cleaning and basic repairs (light bulb, shower, squeaky doors, bathroom smelled bad). Breakfast with the kids was separated from the adult-only breakfast room (which was fine), but the food was barely warm instead of hot.
Always prompt to help. The price was good and location was at an easy access to the metro.
My only criticism is the AC in the room was not always at our likings.
Unhelpful staff Dirty rooms Location poor Stay culminated in flooded room from burst pipe in hallway and damaged luggage
I liked the value for money for families and the free breakfast was very nice
I didnt like the parking and the location.
Room marked as 'Family' was actually same type as others but just plus 2 extra beds (actually, sofas unfolded). A/C in November worked as cold and could not be switched off. So it was crazy cold in the room. Water didn't drain off in the sink and stayed for half ah hour. After 3(!) complains to the reception they have finally changed room for us. After that everything was more or less fine.
space !!! space a very nice place to stay
Rooms too small
We used the hotel purely as a base and place to sleep. Very close to Metro for easy access to central Paris. The family room was ideal.
The breakfast was expensive.
4 star facilities
2 star room size
It was not 4 star hotel. I consider it one star. I have been in 2 star IBIZ hotel it was better than this Hotel
breakfast was ok
The room given to me upon check-in was in very bad state. However, when I informed this to the Front Office, one particular gentleman (unfortunately I can't remember his name) very promptly offered a room change to a higher floor & it was much better than what I got originally.
I could not get connected to Wi-Fi which resulted me not being able to download my emails / keep in contact with my office. Even though I informed this to Front Office staff few times, they simply did not bothered to sort out my problem which left a very bad taste.
Initial interaction while check in was not good. The staff was not very welcoming.
Breakfast, room, bed, wifi
Not the perfect area
the internet was not bad. (Fair)
parking cost a lot. staff was not helpful. expensive breakfast in addition to the very low quality.
The only thing that I liked was the city of Paris.
I have waited for about 30 minutes to check in there was only 2 receptionists for 20 guests the wc in my room was NOT CLEAN the bed sheets were torn apart the carpet in my room was dirty the air inside the room was not fresh the surrounding area of the hotel was dirty THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR
The double bed was comfortable.
The sofa for our two older children was horrible to sleep on, the room was too small for 4 persons.
