Friendly and efficient service. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent to have fridge in room in which we could put our own drinks. The hotel was not expensive for Paris, but overall, all hotels in Paris are relatively expensive compared to other cities (particularly for UK travellers since the rise of the Euro against the pound). Not an issue with the Novotel, but with Paris generally. |

Size of the room and bathroom is good. Location is convenient near the train station. The reception staff is absolutely rude. |

It was near the tube station and quite centric so it was very easy to visit Paris from there The staff were very good but a bit disorganised as one night someone knock the door with room service to another room by mistake at 12:00 am and then that same following morning, someone knock again at 07:00 to clean the room as they thought taht there wasn't anybody in...a bit difficult to rest being interrupted at those times. Otherwise the Hotel was fairly good value for money |

Cleanliness, decent sized room, comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities plus friendly and helpful staff. No but finding the hotel would have been made easier if a plan of how to access it directly from Halls 1 & 2 at Montparnasse had been included on the confirmation as no-one we asked seemed able to give us the correct instructions and we wasted valuable time on arrival after a long day's travelling |

The hotel staff was very helpful and all were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was nice. Location was also relatively good for a tourist/city trip. |

Hotel is nice and clean, well located with good breakfast offer. Rooms have enough space. The room windows cannot be open! So one is left only to air conditioning. |

The hotel is child friendly. Our 3 year old had a very comfortable sofa bed. Good breakfast included in room rate. The hotel is close to the Gare Montparnasse metro station. There was a little mold in the shower and the carpet was stained, but the room was clean. |

Relatively near to station, large room with breakfast in such price that are not easy to find in Paris. The breakfast area would be enlarged as it is very crowded in the morning. |

Everything about the hotel is perfect. It's clean and chic. Modern and comfortable. Even the convenience of internet in the room even if you don't have computer. (With extra charge, of course). The price that I paid include breakfast. Kettle, coffee, tea, towels, gels, etc are provided. I dislike the location. It is minimum 8 minutes walk from any nearest metro station (Montparnasse Bienvenue or Pasteur) - I chose Pasteur. So, if you intend to walk with all your heavy luggage, not recommendable! But if not, it's a great hotel to chill and be totally relax. |
