Very clean. good location. excellent breakfast
The hotel itself.. except that it's q small, after extending the sofa bed there was no more room for luggages.
The location from hotel to metro station thou is near but within you need to walk a loNg long way.. thou we knew paris metro generally requires some walking, but this is exceptionally a distance. It's also not easy to locate the hotel, we got lost after exiting metro.
Cleanliness of the hotel and it is an very old hotel with all damaged interiors Very poor service for tourists may be ok for bachelors not for family
New Good service
Expensive Claustrophobic parking
Gorgeous bathroom, quiet and comfy rooms, nice to have a coffeemaker in the room, complimentary water in the fridge too.
Breakfast was expensive-17 euros each so we ate elsewhere
- convenience - if you have a train to catch from Gare Montparnasse - overall good value
The hotel location is great. Compared to other hotels in Paris I would recommend for families with young children. Staff was so friendly and professional.
Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.
Like the restaurant.
Away from city.
Staffs were kind and room was very clean. Four-people family could stay comfortable with sofa-bed. A little bit far from Pasteur station(~10 mins), but was not so bad. Lobby was well equipped.
More breakfast menu expected considering price. Hallway was not so clean comparing with room itself.
Stayed for six days with wife during a business trip. Liked the location, room (Executive with Terrace) and very friendly staff. Free Wi fi and free consumption of mini-bar items were added attraction.
Tariff was a bit on the higher side may be because of the timing coinciding with the Paris Motor Show.
Lack of milk supply for tea and coffee in room
Room was a bit small for 3 people but very clean & modern. Friendly staff
It's all very good, location, breakfast, comfort ...
The hotel was at usual Novotel standard - which is very good for this level of hotel.
Good location, quiet but yet easy access to the Pasteur metro and Gare Montparnasse station. Am very happy to be upgraded to executive room. Staff was helpful, friendly and able to speak English.
A good hotel, located close to transport links into the centre of Paris, and within walking distance if you feel the need
Not really a bad point but rather a comment that if you have a large car the underground car park can be a little tight, and having a shared entrance and exit is entertaining.
Location good.Staff helpful.Room small but pleasant.
Air conditioning not very good.
We stayed here in the summer as a family and thought this was a good choide. It was clean and quiet. The room was small but it is Paris so that's what you expect. We felt safe in the area with our children and accessibility to the sights was not a problem. We thought it was a good option in this price bracket.
The staff were excellent, the food fantastic, the facilities superb and the location perfect. My only complaint was that we never stayed longer!
We met Mr Faquin , general Manager ; he is a very nice person and ready to check everything for you with his young staff ; we have a particular thanks to Maryam,Chloé , Marine , Charles and the lady who bring us some hangers, and help ; you are a very good example of a perfect French service ....not easy to find in Paris , congratulations Bed quality is really good , please try to have same in king size !!! Thanks a lot for all
Unfortunately it is very different about the poor quality of cleaning team in bedrooms !!! So far !!! it should be good to this people to give a better attention to their job !!! Never really clean , never a complete set of bath or shampoo bottles , they never refill water in the fridge , it is not serious and deserve the big effort of other employees ...
Location Spotlessly clean Great breakfast
Bar staff always very busy, very hard to get served.
Staff was helpfull. The fridge has been cleand asap upon reporting.
The fridge was dirty and had a verry bad smell. The toilet had no sink to wash your heands after using it.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Special kids breakfast was fun (weekend only). Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.
Quite a distance to walk to Gare Montparnasse metro station. The "Superior" room with 1 queen size bed and one sleeping couch was rather small but OK with two small kids.
Good area, Good access to city by bus or metro or taxi... inspite of line 6 currently not working. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Train station next door but long walk to main metro station. No city view from room.
I liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. Most of the staff's English was fairly fluent, and the hotel lobby was comfortable and welcoming, very child friendly too, they had two apple computers and an Xbox. The lift was very hi-tech, you had to have your room key to be able to use it, it was very safe. The room itself was very comfortable, the double bed was spacious. Everyday there was housekeeping service. I especially enjoying having the bathroom, it has a very large bathtub and a fairly big shower room. The sink was quite special, the taps were attached to the wall and the water came out sideways. The toiletry was included and was refilled every day. The TV was very large, and the air conditioning was good. I loved the breakfast buffet. The variety was extremely large and I loved the coffee machine. The food was hot and the cutlery and china was grand. The staff in the buffet restaurant were friendly and efficient. Another day the ground floor was booked so we had to go to the first floor restaurant for breakfast. Very surprisingly they had entertainment for the children, there was a man who made different shaped balloons to all the children. The lobby on the first floor had an Xbox as well along with a sofa and a few comfy beanbags. I would recommend this hotel to a young family of three of more.
The minibar was not cold. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which we were not used to. There was no wardrobe, just a few hangers for clothing. The carpet was a little bit too old and dirty. The bin was too small. The view was awful, looking down to a parking lot. The location was a bit far away from the Metro Station.
