Staff could not have been more helpful Good breakfast
Breakfasts was ok , quite expensive but good.
Small rooms, no comfort at all, so expensive for bad quality and dirty. Bad experience.
Very narrow additional single beds, better to have a whole sofa bed like in other Novotel hotels.
Friendly reception, location,
The air conditioning wasn't very effective
The food was very good, room very tidy, 35 min walking to Eiffel tour.staff very nice
I liked the proximity of the Hotel to the train at Vaugirard Station, which is why I chose it. The Hotel was comfortable, the staff friendly & helpful & security good.
I didn't like the general area of Monparnasse, the enormous station seemed to take over the whole area & we had to walk a long way to the metro or anywhere else we wanted to go!
layout of the room
The location was handy for the subway
The hotel didn't seem to know we'd booked for a family room i.e. for 4 people, even though the booking confirmation this.
professional front desk staff. helpful with luggage storage overnight. in room coffee and tea malong facility great. nice shower and bath.
noisy housekeeping staff. chatting and hanging out outside of rooms. didn't get coffee/tea condiments refilled after room was made up. had to call for room to made and it took hours. sheets used on sofabed was worn out and had holes. also was not given enough towels for three persons in the room. breakfast option was expensive.
Very clean. good location. excellent breakfast
The hotel itself.. except that it's q small, after extending the sofa bed there was no more room for luggages.
The location from hotel to metro station thou is near but within you need to walk a loNg long way.. thou we knew paris metro generally requires some walking, but this is exceptionally a distance. It's also not easy to locate the hotel, we got lost after exiting metro.
Cleanliness of the hotel and it is an very old hotel with all damaged interiors Very poor service for tourists may be ok for bachelors not for family
New Good service
Expensive Claustrophobic parking
Gorgeous bathroom, quiet and comfy rooms, nice to have a coffeemaker in the room, complimentary water in the fridge too.
Breakfast was expensive-17 euros each so we ate elsewhere
- convenience - if you have a train to catch from Gare Montparnasse - overall good value
The hotel location is great. Compared to other hotels in Paris I would recommend for families with young children. Staff was so friendly and professional.
Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.
Like the restaurant.
Away from city.
Staffs were kind and room was very clean. Four-people family could stay comfortable with sofa-bed. A little bit far from Pasteur station(~10 mins), but was not so bad. Lobby was well equipped.
More breakfast menu expected considering price. Hallway was not so clean comparing with room itself.
Stayed for six days with wife during a business trip. Liked the location, room (Executive with Terrace) and very friendly staff. Free Wi fi and free consumption of mini-bar items were added attraction.
Tariff was a bit on the higher side may be because of the timing coinciding with the Paris Motor Show.
Lack of milk supply for tea and coffee in room
Room was a bit small for 3 people but very clean & modern. Friendly staff
It's all very good, location, breakfast, comfort ...
The hotel was at usual Novotel standard - which is very good for this level of hotel.
Good location, quiet but yet easy access to the Pasteur metro and Gare Montparnasse station. Am very happy to be upgraded to executive room. Staff was helpful, friendly and able to speak English.
A good hotel, located close to transport links into the centre of Paris, and within walking distance if you feel the need
Not really a bad point but rather a comment that if you have a large car the underground car park can be a little tight, and having a shared entrance and exit is entertaining.
