The staff are v. friendly and helpful. For the price the room sizes are pretty good by Paris standards. The dining area is pretty small for a hotel of this size, especially at breakfast time when it was v.busy (a lot of families staying when we were there). |

Very nice, clean, relatively comfortable for family. Although the rooms are bit small, but nice and comfortable enough for small family (max 2-3 small childeren), that is what I have 3 young childeren, 6, 3, and 1. The room we booked for 3 people (double bed with a sofa that has 2 extendable beds) was big enough for us. I don not like the waiting at the desk sometimes for several minutes to get my parking card checked to get my car out of the hotel carage. |

Comfortable bed; great staff There was no water for hand-wahsing in the toilet area. Toilet and sink area were not together, therefore we had to wash hands after leaving the toilet area and walk through the bedroom to the shower room. |

Comfortable, nice atmosphere, helpful staff. Quite difficult to find. Not as easy to get to from the station as indicated. The Montparnasse Station is so huge you need a map to get out of the station before you can start to find the hotel. Restaurant Cafe was a bit slow with serving meals. |

Hotel staff were very helpful. Location was near train station, with an underground shortcut. Walking distance to streets with good restaurants. We arrived early and they allowed us to store baggage in their store room prior to check in. |

The service provided by the reception staff was excellent - very pleasant and attentive. Very disorganised breakfast arrangements. We had to stand in a queue awaiting a table when there were lots of tables free but no staff to clear them. |

It was a very practicable hotel that gave us good value for an overnight stay between flights. Despite his best efforts, the staff member gave me wrong directions to the rue Cambon. Also he should have given me more information or asked me which terminal I required at cdg airport because the taxi driver just left us where it suited him and it was the wrong terminal. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly, location worked for us being central to everyone who came. Food was not that good, we had to send both the salmon pasta dishes back, salmon was ok pasta not cooked, not al dente, just not cooked, stuck together and very hard to chew. Your restaraunt manager sent it back politely, but when it came back only one arrived and it was the same. You manager handled the problem very professionally, overall the food was just ok, but you should change the chefs, it's an embarrassment to the French. |

I thought the breakfast was very good... We had a room for three people, only one complaint, the sofa bed cover was not clean, my sister had to sleep with only a sheet, I felt the blanket/cover was not washed, that completely put my and my family off..cleanliness is a complete priority... |

Nice and clean, room was spacious, Jacques was fantastic and very gracious. It would have been more helpful to have been given the option to pay for our breakfast and not have it automatically charged to the room, as we had guests join us from another hotel that intended to pay for their own. Also, when we checked out, additional breakfasts from other dates had been charged to our room number which did not belong to us. They were removed, but it was very awkward. |

The hotel looked new, clean & very modern. The annoying thing was that the toilet was seperate from the bathing room. That means after doing your business, one has cross the bedroom to get to the bathingroom for a wash. |
