It is centrally located within walking distance of many museums and attractions. It is close to the Metro and RER making travel to Railway Stations and Airport CdG very straightforward. All was excellent |

Quite a bit actually. First, the room that we were assigned to was very small and continuously hot. We had to have the room changed because the A/C did not work. The second room was a little bit better but still quite narrow. They knew that we were coming to the hotel with my wife and kid, and there was almost no room available to move once the beds were made. There was almost no space at all to put our belongings and most of our stuff had to remain in the luggages. Everything was very expensive, even a 50 ml water cost 5 Euros. |

The location was great. Yes, it was too hot. We were put in a smoking room when I clearly stated to you that I had two children. The windows didnt open. We all woke in the night as the room was stiffling hot and the air con didnt work. A staff member came up to the room and couldnt fix it and proceeded to get a key to open the window. However I was then worried as the children were near the window and as we were high up, I was concerned. |

Very centrally located to a lot of the major tourist attractions. Great transport system and nice restaurants in the area. Perfect location for sightseeing. Good breakfast. Limited room service menu and no real choice of dining options for lunch or dinner. One extra breakfast was added onto our bill, we notified the hotel by e-mail on two different occasions but so far have received no response. |

I liked the location of the hotel and that it was geared towards families. I know the hotle was being upgraded but I felt the maintenance of the hotel was poor. In partiucular the carpets very very dirty. |

The hotel is very well located for exploring the main attractions in Paris and having an underground car park was a bonus. We arrived at 10.30pm after a long journey from the south to be told that the restaurant was closed but we could order food from the bar. However at the bar we were told they did not serve food. Also the next evening at 8.30pm we were told that they had run out of food. Not really acceptable for a four star hotel! |
