The staff were very helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. Very informative about the area and recommended things to do. Hotel very clean and modern, the hotel really made our holiday!
construction work on front and back of the hotel
Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Decor modern yet practical Good breakfasts
The location, staff, and hotel itself was all a great experience.
The beds were hard, but most to all other european beds are the same. Wish they had free parking.
Very very bad bed and all items for sleep Everywhere constructions so noisy. Think again about his hotel.
staff super friendly and professional. Room is outstanding in design and technology.
must be an idiot not to like anything in this hotel :) sorry for the strong word :)
The location of this hotel is just great. Close to rue di Rivoli where you can go for shopping. A lot of good restaurants in the neighbor, great subway station with all connections. Between Louvre, Notre Damme and Pompidou. The staff is just great. They treated me and my family very well, specially my daugther.
The noise on the hallway in the morning is a little bit over than the usual.
Cleanliness house keeping tidiness staff at the reception specially mr jamal
Noise from across the street
Location was perfect, staff were friendly and polite, breakfast selection was great
our deluxe room was neither spacious nor comfortable, anyway we didn't stay in long
Serviceminded bell.boys, the receptionists should learn from them. Good breakfast.
You have to do the procedure with connecting everytime you triedn to use the wifi. Too littele staff in the reception and too bad attitude amongst them
It's a very central hotel. One can easily go on foot to the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Pompidou Centre. There are plenty of shops in the area, supermarkets (necessary for us traveling with kids), restaurants (both traditional and fast food) and cafes. Les Halles station is virtually outside your door and part of it is being renovated. It looks like it's going to be a great station which will include a mall (part of it is ready). The room was comfortable and breakfast nice. All the staff were very polite and helpful and in the lobby there are computers and a play area for the children to spend their time in the evening.
It does not offer baby cots in the rooms so the baby had to sleep on our bed. It should have rooms with families with three children.
Location, Staff, Food excellent, Train Station next door and several other locations within 3 minute walk Lots of shopping nearby, and food outlets. Let us have a late check out till 5pm free, which help a lot .
The breakfast buffet was very good value for money and highly recommended!
We were disappointed to note that we were allocated one room for all 4 family members; our children are BIG 15 and 13 year old boys so it was quite a squeeze for all of us plus our luggage in the one room!
Location is very centralize and convenient. It is within walking distance to the Lourve, Notre Dame and is next to Forum des Halle underground shopping mall. Staff are also very helpful especially Anoup. He went the extra mile to help us check for information and making sure our requestsswerve fulfilled. We are very thankful. We made 3 separate bookings (a. room for 3; b. room for 1; c. room for 3) and staff helped to arrange for us to stayed in the same room for all the 3 bookings without additional charges as rooms are available. Totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel.
We liked the great breakfast with many choices and our 6 year old loved the balloon animals.
The rooms were not updated. We only had one tiny window that looked out onto construction. We were not provided with extra pillows for our kids and it took calling down twice and waiting a long time before the pillows were brought up.
The location is fantastic, very close to Marais, Centre Pompidou, Place des Vosges, Louvre. The price was very reasonable and the room not so small by Paris standards.
Upon checkout they attempted to charge us for a phone call they had made to my friend's phone about the arrival of his luggage. The breakfast room was closed within seconds past 10 am.
Good central position.
The front desk staff was great. House keeping was nice too and gave us extra pillows and towels. They set our sofa bed for us. I wish the carpet was cleaner.
The room carpet was dirty and tub had mold on it:(
It was very central and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The underground was right across the walkway from the hotel.
facilities, location, hospitality.
As mentioned before, the service was excellent. All the people were very nice to us. The problem was that the rooms were too warm. My family and I used the Hotel mainly to sleep. Therefore, most of the time when we arrived to the hotel, it was already late in the night. The first 2 nights I had to open and close the window several times to control the room temperature. The third night I decided to go to the lobby and mention the problem. The person at the lobby was very kind to offer a change of room to a higher floor hoping that the rooms would be cooler. He also offered to send someone to help us changing our luggage from our room to the other room. The room temperature of the room he offered was pretty much the same to the one we were at that moment. My family was also too tired to switch rooms at that time. The person at the lobby mentioned that due to the cold weather, the heating was activated in the whole hotel and it was not possible to cool the rooms separately using the cooling system of each room. At the end we stayed at the same room and had another terrible night opening and closing the window. It is a shame that such a nice hotel with excellent location and comfortable rooms, doesn´t offer the chance to regulate the temperature of the rooms at will. This is the first time this have ever happened to us in a Hotel of this category. For my family and me it was a really terrible experience since we couldn´t have a nice sleep any of the nights we stayed there.
Stylish hotel, very friendly reception and porter staff.warm and very clean hotel. Location good, 4-5min walk to louvre, breakfast varied and plentiful. Fresh croissants..amazing!would be happy to return.
Small things only.Limited bar menu and pints of drinks not pulled very well, but maybe its the french way. Area behind hotel at night a little daunting but had no trouble. No fault of hotel.
Did not display interior of standard rooms on internet they were disappointing .
Excellent location, reception good, staff helpful
