Novotel Paris Les Halles

메트로역이 호텔 정문 바로 앞 30미터정도에 있어서 편리했고,아침 식사도 잘나왔고,무엇보다 15세 이하 자녀가 있는 경우 2명까진 소파침대를 무료로 사용할 수 있어 비용절감에 도움이 됨.쇼파침대(더블)까지 들어 갈 수 있는 넉넉한 크기의 방.방음도 잘되고 엘리베이터도 3대가 나란히 있어서 이용하는데 편리했음.짐보관 서비스도 좋았다.

호텔 직원이 전부 다 영어를 잘하는 것이 아니었는데,자신이 영어에 자신이 없을 경우 다른 직원에게 연결해주면 좋았을것을 끝까지 안되는 영어로 대응을 하는 것은 시정되었으면 좋겠음.공항셔틀버스 서비스가 있긴 했는데,출발 24시간 전에 미리 예약을 해야 한다는 사항에 대한 안내가 없어서 이용 못했고(미리 물어보지 못한 나의 실수도 있었지만 1박만 하는 경우는 서비스를 이용할 수 없다는 것이 됨),택시를 불러 주었는데 택시 요금에 그 택시가 콜 받은 시점부터 미터기가 작동하여 공항까지 60유로나 나왔음.그 택시가 호텔까지 오는 도중 교통혼잡으로 늦게 와서 이미 10유로가 넘어간 상황에서 택시를 탔음.택시가 자주 오니 굳이 택시를 콜할 필요가 없다고 알려주었더라면 좋았을 것이다.

The location was great.

Yes, it was too hot. We were put in a smoking room when I clearly stated to you that I had two children.The windows didnt open. We all woke in the night as the room was stiffling hot and the air con didnt work. A staff member came up to the room and couldnt fix it and proceeded to get a key to open the window. However I was then worried as the children were near the window and as we were high up, I was concerned.

the rooms were good size

The food was not good for basic needs.Advertise cable tv but only 1 news channel in english, there for had to pay 13.50 euros for a DVD we could understand. Tour person not very helpful. Did not feel safe in this area. food and drinks very expensive at hotel.

Elegant restaurant and bar with stylish piano singer, close to shopping, museums, gardens, Seine.

Very good location for sightseeing of Paris ( using metroes), and for going to / coming from the CDG Airport.

Very centrally located to a lot of the major tourist attractions. Great transport system and nice restaurants in the area. Perfect location for sightseeing. Good breakfast.

Limited room service menu and no real choice of dining options for lunch or dinner. One extra breakfast was added onto our bill, we notified the hotel by e-mail on two different occasions but so far have received no response.

room double booked on arrival at 1am so sent in a taxi to another hotel which is not what you want when tired. Then had to travel from that hotel back to this hotel so was messy despite us booking 3 months in advance and paying in advance. Rooms noisy 2, need be drunk goiing to sleep to get sleep!!

The hotel is very well located for exploring the main attractions in Paris and having an underground car park was a bonus.

We arrived at 10.30pm after a long journey from the south to be told that the restaurant was closed but we could order food from the bar. However at the bar we were told they did not serve food.Also the next evening at 8.30pm we were told that they had run out of food. Not really acceptable for a four star hotel!
