Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is so nice.

Parking is little bit expensive, but acceptable taking into account if I park my car along the road my car will be damaged by other cars.

Nothing stands out.Excellent location,room was good standard.Friendly staff.

Very poor carpet in hall(felt like in backpackers hotel).Sink in bathroom drain pipe was leaking.After cleaner left,there was not enough toilet paper.No jacuzzi.Car parking for hotel residents was a bit steep.

In recent times there are some average reviews of this hotel. They are obviously working to change this and our experince was good. We had an upgraded room which was clean and freshly painted, yes some common area carpet was stained however the room carpet was new, the breakfasts were good and they used an overflow area for breakfast when the hotel was busy. The restaurant prices were a little high for the classification of the hotel. The pool was open and overall we had a comfortable stay.

The rooms are comfortable, the hard working staff is very nice.

The location of the hotel is terrible, huge crowds are surging through the lobby and into the breakfast room (the breakfast is very industrial!). I checked in very late and did not get my wake up call, luckily, I woke up only a half hour late, still in time to make my flight.

Its close proximity to the Eiffel Tower - only 10 min walk!

Walking distances to Metro station and variety of restaurants were reasonable. Concierge service was the most excellent feature.

Rooms small and not air conditioned well. Breakfast buffet was just OK.

very good location.just take a walk and you will see many great things.the breakfast was really good.

the quallity of the air in the room was poor.if there was an opening window things would bee much better.allthough it has ventilation you could see dust everywhere.I know the ladies who clean the room are trying their best but but this is what happens in a big building without windows to let fresh air inside.they also have different rooms for toillete and shower which I believe is not very practical.And there was some problem with hot water for several hours but finally it was fixed.

polystirene cups in rooms a disgrace in a 4 star hotel not able to get dinner in hotel restaurant even though quarter full told too busy or half hour wait minimum

We stay at this hotel for a city break. Everything was just perfect but it was a little to business for my taste. Anyhow the value for money that i pay was excelent beside the price shown in the reception desk which seems to high for me.

The breakfast was excellent..

The room was very small..very poor planned room very conjusted..and we asked for a change and they didnt change the room. Before Paris we had gone to Rome and Venice and stayed in a 3 star hotel in Rome and a 5 star hotel (Hilton Moulino Stucky) in Venice and our experience for both the chotels was excellent. Infact our room and facilities in the toom at the 3 star Contilia hotel in Rome were far better than Novotel 4 star hotel. even the room was double the size of Novotel room and we had paid 4 times higher amount for Novotel for the room. I will never rocommend this hotel to anybody. Offcourse one good thing about Novotel was the breakfast was excellent. But with our room we were really disappointed.

pool not work i had to go to some other near by but it was windy and i god some ear problem after that.sauna in hotel was not hot enaf!!!!

I liked it that it was close to the Eifell Tower and not far from the center. Also the breakfast was included in the price and we had free internet and gym.

I didn't like the fact that we had to wait a long time to get our turn at the reception desk. The carperts were old and dirty and the room was not aired and had a stale smell. The floors in the bathroom and the toilet were made of a cheap pergo material. There was no hot water in the morning and I had to shave with cold water. When we complained to the receptionist and instead of apologizing he explained that we're given a free breakfast which usually is being paid and they were not aware of any lack of hot water.
