Hyvä palvelu ja hyvä aamupala. Tyylikäs hotelli sisältä ja monta metroasemaa kävelymatkan päässä. Eiffelille käveli n. 5-10 min. Hintataso hotellin aulabaarissa oli huikean korkea. Huoneet ehkä hieman nuhruisia hotellin muuhun olemukseen verrattuna, mutta siltikin vielä hyvät. Onko ranskalaisissa hotelleissa kaikissa vessa erikseen kylpyhuoneesta? Käsienpesumahdollisuus ja suihku ehkä olisi ollut tarpeen vessanpöntön kanssa.... |

Melko lähellä Pariisin keskustaa. Melko lähellä Metro asemaa. Ihan OK aamiainen ja suhteellisen ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla. Huoneessa ei ollut avattavaa ikunaa, ja kosteus nousi huoneessa niin korkealle että vettä valui ikkunan sisäpintaa pitkin (vaikka kylpyhuoneen ovi oli kiinni suihkun aikana ja jälkeen). |

Huoneen vaihdon jälkeen hyvä näkymä seinelle, aamupala oli runsas joskin kahvin saanti hieman haastavaa. Me tulimme hotelliin kello kuusi illalla (kaksi tuntia sen jälkeen kun hotellihuoneiden tulisi olla luovutus kunnossa) Huoneemme ei ollut kunnossa, joten palasimme tunnin päästä takaisin, sillä välin oli sähköt menneet ja netti ei toiminut... |

Siivous toimi hyvin ja vastaanoton henkilökunta oli oikein osaavia ja ystävällisiä.Tyylikäs ja siisti hotelli. Huone kerroksessa 28, josta oli mahtavat näköalat. |

Aamupala oli erinomainen ja tehty tuoreista elintarvikkeista. Uima-altaalle on varattava uimalakki mukaan. Huone oli melko pieni, mutta muuten oli oikein hyvä. Neljän tähden hotelliksi hieman nuhjuinen. Sijainniltaan hotelli oli hieman kaukana lähimmästä metroasemasta. Ulkonäöltään hotelli oli yksi rumimmista taloista Seinen rannalla. Hissit olivat ajoittain aamuisin todella ruuhkaisia, eivätkä aina pysähtyneet keskivaiheen kerroksissa. |

No the hotel was very dirty and it is a pitty because it is rated as 4 star hotel It is a cheap touristic hotel which smells very bad in all rooms. The rooms do not have physical ventilation and the showers are in a very bad condition. |

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is so nice. Parking is little bit expensive, but acceptable taking into account if I park my car along the road my car will be damaged by other cars. |

Nothing stands out.Excellent location,room was good standard.Friendly staff. Very poor carpet in hall(felt like in backpackers hotel).Sink in bathroom drain pipe was leaking.After cleaner left,there was not enough toilet paper.No jacuzzi.Car parking for hotel residents was a bit steep. |

Great location, breakfeast was really good The fact that i asked double bed and they gave me twin beds. There was no view to the eiffel tower as often described online and "near" the eiffel tower is at least 10 m walking. |

In recent times there are some average reviews of this hotel. They are obviously working to change this and our experince was good. We had an upgraded room which was clean and freshly painted, yes some common area carpet was stained however the room carpet was new, the breakfasts were good and they used an overflow area for breakfast when the hotel was busy. The restaurant prices were a little high for the classification of the hotel. The pool was open and overall we had a comfortable stay. |

The rooms are comfortable, the hard working staff is very nice. The location of the hotel is terrible, huge crowds are surging through the lobby and into the breakfast room (the breakfast is very industrial!). I checked in very late and did not get my wake up call, luckily, I woke up only a half hour late, still in time to make my flight. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Good view over La Seine. OK breakfast. Relatively short distance to Metro, RER(train).Only 15 minutes walk to La tour Eiffel and the tourist bus-stop. 3 minutes walk from supermarket (Monoprix). Housekeeping was very fast and effective. Should have been more computers for the guests in the lobby. There were only two. Windows in all rooms cannot be opened, make it a little claustrophobic, like living in av plastic-box. The air condition was turned off. The result was some warm nights. No toilet-brush in WC. The ventilation in toilet was bad. The shower hose was damaged, which resulted in wet bathroom floor. The bed was too hard, should have been much softer. In the bed it was only one large quilt, should have been two quilts in a double-sized bed. Only one extra pillow, should have been two. |

Walking distances to Metro station and variety of restaurants were reasonable. Concierge service was the most excellent feature. Rooms small and not air conditioned well. Breakfast buffet was just OK. |

very good location.just take a walk and you will see many great things.the breakfast was really good. the quallity of the air in the room was poor.if there was an opening window things would bee much better.allthough it has ventilation you could see dust everywhere.I know the ladies who clean the room are trying their best but but this is what happens in a big building without windows to let fresh air inside.they also have different rooms for toillete and shower which I believe is not very practical.And there was some problem with hot water for several hours but finally it was fixed. |

Staff were generally friendly and helpful; It is well located for all major attractions the city has on offer. I left my MP3 player in the room (905, i reckon it fell under the bed. Coul dthis be returned to me? I will pay the potage in advance if required. The "English " breakfast was poor: the eggs were runny and cold. The sausages were also cold; bacon was only avilable on one morning. It certainly did not represent value for money. |
