Huoneen vaihdon jälkeen hyvä näkymä seinelle, aamupala oli runsas joskin kahvin saanti hieman haastavaa. Me tulimme hotelliin kello kuusi illalla (kaksi tuntia sen jälkeen kun hotellihuoneiden tulisi olla luovutus kunnossa) Huoneemme ei ollut kunnossa, joten palasimme tunnin päästä takaisin, sillä välin oli sähköt menneet ja netti ei toiminut... |

Siivous toimi hyvin ja vastaanoton henkilökunta oli oikein osaavia ja ystävällisiä.Tyylikäs ja siisti hotelli. Huone kerroksessa 28, josta oli mahtavat näköalat. |

Aamupala oli erinomainen ja tehty tuoreista elintarvikkeista. Uima-altaalle on varattava uimalakki mukaan. Huone oli melko pieni, mutta muuten oli oikein hyvä. Neljän tähden hotelliksi hieman nuhjuinen. Sijainniltaan hotelli oli hieman kaukana lähimmästä metroasemasta. Ulkonäöltään hotelli oli yksi rumimmista taloista Seinen rannalla. Hissit olivat ajoittain aamuisin todella ruuhkaisia, eivätkä aina pysähtyneet keskivaiheen kerroksissa. |

We lived on 24 th. floor, and had a nice view. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and nice. And the price trough booking.com was even more excellent!! |

I came to Paris for work. What I liked is that I was close to the Assemblée Nationale (work) and close to the Eiffel tower. Unfortunately yes. The air conditioning was not working so well and since the room has not the possibility to open the windows it was very hot inside. Furthermore the second day of my stay there were works in progress in the room next to mine, so a lot of noise and a smell of paint and glue. For the rest I have a positive opinion of the hotel. |

The room was spacious. The hotel was a 10min walk from several Metro Stations and the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Were given a bigger room when request for Eiffel Tower view could not be granted. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom, in particular shower cubicle, needs a good clean as well. View of Eiffel tower is no longer possible. Glad we did not pay full price. Window needs some sun blockout without losing full view as it got very warm in room. No hot water for day and half. No apology when asked when we could expect it to be fixed. |

The closeness to the city and nearby conveniences. The reception area was very good and the staff very helpful. The service for breakfast was poor with every morning having run out of plates, bowls and cutlery. Several times I had to ask for the cooked food to be replenished and milk for the cereals. The swimming pool was closed for refurbishment which was disappointing as no prior notice was given of this. Airconditioning in the rooms would be good. |

It was in the city centre. The breakfast buffet was good. We made a non refundable reservations by e-mail, which you confirmed ,then when we arrived at your front desk we were told that our reservation was cancelled because our credit card was not good which was incorrect. We were hassled iby your staff in front of other hotel guests which was extremely embarrasing. |

very accessable to all areas of paris, very close to a metro station, no noise staff were very discreet, and not at all pushy, able to come and go without any problems would have liked the option of half board |

The location was very nice, looking onto the Seine and the tower, there are also some nice walks nearby. The sheets were filthy, the pool had no water in it and they didn't tell you this until you arrived, we chose this hotel for the pool, so we were very disappointed and the gym which wasn't the most high spec i'd ever seen and was a whopping 20 euros every time you wanted to use it. |

The room was quite spacious and had a nice view. The bathrooms were also excellent. It is close to Eiffel Tower, although there is no view. The hotel staff were quite unhelpful and snobbish except for one receptionist. The room was quite shabby and the carpets were dirty and worn out. The bed was not comfortable, quite hard. Not much choice at the restaurant. |

The service provided by the staff Unfortunately the number of lifts is inadequate for the 30/31 floors of 29 rooms. It is frustrating when a bus load of people arrive and one has to wait a long time to get into the lift - something that has no splution. |

Booked with English Breakfast, what we got was far from English, sausage egg and bacon all disgusting. I should have just booked continenal breakfast as that is all we ate. Hotel room has seperated toilet but no hand basin to wash your hands, you had to walk round the corner to wash - not convenient when someone in the shower or at night!!! |

The room was very clean, rich breakfast and amazing service . 10 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower. Access in 3 stations of a central underground line: Javel, Bir Hakeim- Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel, Avenue Du Pdt Kennedy (line C, yellow colour). The view was amazing.I recomend this hotel unconditionally. Next time in Paris I will make reservation in the same hotel. |

the location of the hotel was great. close to metro. easy walking distance to restaurants. no change in the breakfast menu, after six mornings would have been nice to have a change from the hot breakfast eg sausages, bacon, hash browns and only scrambled egg. otherwise a good choice of bufffet |

Close to the city within walking distance of sights, Staff were no so pleasant, and the rooms let the hotel down , this is sold as a four star but the rooms would be 3 star at best, reception and resturant much better standard. Noisy fold up beds are not what I expected, |

vicinanza alla tour eiffel. closeness to tour eiffeil. very clean, but way too expensive. lucky i didn't pay full price but only 1/3 thanks to booking.com room was tiny, no a/c, no minibar but only a fridge that didn't work, tiny bathroom with no bidet. tiny closet. |
