Clean, modern hotel.
The swimming pool seems to be shared with a swim school! Very difficult for the kids to have fun in the pool as they were constantly being watched, frowned upon and scolded. The room was not ready when we arrived after 2pm. We had to wait another hour before we could check in.
They can not speak English well.do not like the stuff because they do not have any intention even to speaks English .?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
Good location, friendly staff, well maintained, feels like new.
Free WiFi only lasts 2 hours. Thereafter WiFi costs 10 euro per day.
Coffee Shop, friendly, flexible. Also the Bar was good, friendly staff.
Japanese Restaurant is not flexible and way way way too expensive. A simple fried rice dish for our children was refused. Disappointing! I will write the same on their reviews. Second the toilet in the room was seperate to bathroom and too far away. Very bad planning!
Rooms with great view of the city Relatively large room easily fit 4 people Parking save and sound underneath the building
Pool was the strangest experience ever - had to wear speedos and a cap for hygiene reasons but the pool hasn't been renovated for at least 30 years and is all dirty and old. Big sign not jumping and screaming which is the best part of going into the pool with small children.
I like the location and staff are friendly
I didn't like the breakfast as it is very poor and also the parking is too expensive
Decor is looking very tired. The carpet was stained and the bathroom past its sell by date. The foyer of the hotel was great, however it was a shame that the standard of finish did not extend to the rooms. The staff were courteous but very busy - they could have done with more reception desks.
maybe the location
Little value for money, changed 3 rooms until we got a good one. expensive restaurant, bar, parking and the list can go on. Would not recomend!!!
Location - On a walking distance from Eiffel tower.
Small room, not enough staff at the reception. Had to wait for a long time to check in and out.
Perfect location, close to Eifel tower, friendly staff, especially concierge services were efficient.
Hotel needs renovation: interior clearly " tired" already, ventilation system might start blowign smell of cigarets suddenly
Location and room
We asked for extra sugar in the room and the receptionist said .. we dont have tradition to keep extra sugar in the room .. Really?? U charge so high for the room and cant give extra sugar ... pathetic...
location was good and the breakfast was nice
Bed was terrible, hard and on springs that squeak. Heard both of my neighbors all the time. Never found the pool. Almost to big for the leisure traveler. Might be ok for a business trip
Dinner at the hotel was good.
Hard beds tired carpet
Spacious for a family of 4 - kids 12 and 9. Hard to find a room for 4 in Paris that is not extremely pricey. Helpful concierge, friendly staff. Close to Eiffel Tower and nice view over Seine.
pool very far from rooms and can't swim without bathing caps and Speedos for males! Farther from Notre Dame and museums.
The staff were very friendly in the reception and baggage area. The service was good.
The rooms weren't as clean as I would have expected. Also the bed was I believe broken so would make an extremely loud crashing sound if you even sat on it or moved at all. I believe the doors and walls should be wiped down also. It's very unwelcoming to walk into your room and see splatter marks on the walls and doors. Also there was a security guard that stands at the top of the escalators ( African American ) constantly stared and made me feel very uncomfortable. Every time we were around ( the same with some other female guests) It wasn't a nice feeling especially when you catch him trying to look down your top as you and other women go down stairs.
Meals O.k and service but would the worst Novotel I have ever stayed in for room facilities
Our room was on thr 30th floor The beds O. k. But the bathroom terrible for two people over 80. The bath so high to step in fot a shower was a nightmare . The shower very difficult to get a soft nice shower. The light switches did not work properly and there was a connection for the clothesline in the bathroom missing. The hair dryer did not work
Our room not being ready when we arrived.
Restaurant gym reception
location is great, rooms are clean, hotel is renewed
no soya milk at breakfast, breakfast could be better for that price, gluten and lactose intolerant people have nothing to eat, elevators are horrible
Rooms comfortable, staff friendly and food good.
Location , hotel comfort but expensive a little bit
Bed not much comfort and duble bed is queen size a little small
We LOVED the breakfast buffet. Absolutely divine! The staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way, especially the girls on the check-in desk. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, with 2 nearby train stations and a 'velib' bike station just outside the hotel.
Our room had a 'tower view'. But we were a little disappointed to know that it was only the very tip of the tower as many apartment blocks have been built in between.
Staff, not service oriented at all.
