Great location Excellent greeting Excellent check-in by member of staff
General cleanliness in room and corridors was poor-carpets were filthy Superior room was not superior Had to ask each day for tea bags, milk etc The tap water in the bathroom sink trickled slowly
Enjoyed our stay view perfect Location terrific fridge useful Breakfast ok
Snack bar hopeless need change not refilled Could do with a snack bar that is open Room service delay to answer
One member of the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude and not very accommodating. Fortunately one of his colleagues was gracious enough to turn around a very unpleasant experience. The consider he staff was very helpfully and attentive.
They provided a cot for my baby. Room had a nice bath as well as shower. Lots of towels and sheets. Room had a fridge. The view was gorgeous. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows provided. Location was amazing.
The WiFi signal wasn't too great, but was free which is always a good thing. Staff kept attempting to open the room door, if it wasn't locked they would have seen me in an indecent state! I didn't like that the room didn't match the pictures advertised on the website but was still nice.
in room service very bd
Bad smell Slow response Very tight room
Spacious room for Paris standard; great view on two sides of the room; supermarket and shopping area behind the building.
I don't like having papercups instead of proper ones for tea-coffee facilities.
Friendliness and great location...
Clean, modern hotel.
The swimming pool seems to be shared with a swim school! Very difficult for the kids to have fun in the pool as they were constantly being watched, frowned upon and scolded. The room was not ready when we arrived after 2pm. We had to wait another hour before we could check in.
They can not speak English well.do not like the stuff because they do not have any intention even to speaks English .?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
Good location, friendly staff, well maintained, feels like new.
Free WiFi only lasts 2 hours. Thereafter WiFi costs 10 euro per day.
Coffee Shop, friendly, flexible. Also the Bar was good, friendly staff.
Japanese Restaurant is not flexible and way way way too expensive. A simple fried rice dish for our children was refused. Disappointing! I will write the same on their reviews. Second the toilet in the room was seperate to bathroom and too far away. Very bad planning!
Rooms with great view of the city Relatively large room easily fit 4 people Parking save and sound underneath the building
Pool was the strangest experience ever - had to wear speedos and a cap for hygiene reasons but the pool hasn't been renovated for at least 30 years and is all dirty and old. Big sign not jumping and screaming which is the best part of going into the pool with small children.
I like the location and staff are friendly
I didn't like the breakfast as it is very poor and also the parking is too expensive
Location, room space is good
Decor is looking very tired. The carpet was stained and the bathroom past its sell by date. The foyer of the hotel was great, however it was a shame that the standard of finish did not extend to the rooms. The staff were courteous but very busy - they could have done with more reception desks.
maybe the location
Little value for money, changed 3 rooms until we got a good one. expensive restaurant, bar, parking and the list can go on. Would not recomend!!!
Location - On a walking distance from Eiffel tower.
Small room, not enough staff at the reception. Had to wait for a long time to check in and out.
Perfect location, close to Eifel tower, friendly staff, especially concierge services were efficient.
Hotel needs renovation: interior clearly " tired" already, ventilation system might start blowign smell of cigarets suddenly
Location and room
We asked for extra sugar in the room and the receptionist said .. we dont have tradition to keep extra sugar in the room .. Really?? U charge so high for the room and cant give extra sugar ... pathetic...
location was good and the breakfast was nice
Bed was terrible, hard and on springs that squeak. Heard both of my neighbors all the time. Never found the pool. Almost to big for the leisure traveler. Might be ok for a business trip
Dinner at the hotel was good.
