Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel

Pomocny personel, bardzo obfite śniadania, czyste pokoje, czajnik w pokoju

Trochę za daleko od stacji metra; płatny internet; nieczynny basen (chociaż można było skorzystać z obiektu znajdującego się w sąsiednim hotelu); moim zdaniem nie działała klimatyzacja i nie było możliwości otworzenia okien

Nie przygotowani do podjęcia bardzo wielu gość(hotel jest duży , a mimo tego nie są przygotowani do obsługi tak wielu gości których podejmują), na sniadanie trzeba czekac w kolejcce 15 minut(kolejka wielu osób), zimne!!!niedobre jedzenie, bardzo mały wybór, podejście personelu w momencie zgłaszania uwag nie przejmuje się w ogóle, nieznajomośc języka angielskiego w sposób komunikatywny personelu.

novotel tour eiffel standardem nie rozni sie od innych novoteli. zaleta tego hotelu jest fakt,ze usytuowany jest w samym centrum 400 metrow od wiezy eiffela.

- Wysokość na parkingu hotelowym wynosi tylko 1,85 więc nie mogłem zostawiać swojego samochodu (nissan navara) w bezpiecznym miejscu, a w okolicy jest problem z miejscami.

Great location, breakfeast was really good

The fact that i asked double bed and they gave me twin beds. There was no view to the eiffel tower as often described online and "near" the eiffel tower is at least 10 m walking.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The quality of the room was fist class.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good view over La Seine. OK breakfast. Relatively short distance to Metro, RER(train).Only 15 minutes walk to La tour Eiffel and the tourist bus-stop. 3 minutes walk from supermarket (Monoprix). Housekeeping was very fast and effective.

Should have been more computers for the guests in the lobby. There were only two. Windows in all rooms cannot be opened, make it a little claustrophobic, like living in av plastic-box. The air condition was turned off. The result was some warm nights. No toilet-brush in WC. The ventilation in toilet was bad. The shower hose was damaged, which resulted in wet bathroom floor. The bed was too hard, should have been much softer. In the bed it was only one large quilt, should have been two quilts in a double-sized bed. Only one extra pillow, should have been two.

The personal touch of the concierge

The hotel was beautiful but we especially liked its location near the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.

Got a free upgrade to an executive room on the top floor with great views. Breakfast was very good.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful; It is well located for all major attractions the city has on offer. I left my MP3 player in the room (905, i reckon it fell under the bed. Coul dthis be returned to me? I will pay the potage in advance if required.

The "English " breakfast was poor: the eggs were runny and cold. The sausages were also cold; bacon was only avilable on one morning. It certainly did not represent value for money.

Very good loactaion for sightseeing visit to Paris. Price included full breakfast compared to many other hotels that did not include breakfast.

There was a 20 euro charge for the fitness room - never charged for the gym in any other hotel I've stayed in! The swimming pool was not available one morning due to maintenance.
