Location was good for what I needed as I was on a business trip. Close to metro station. Room was fine. Flat screen TV. Facilities, in general, were good. I didn't take breakfast but a colleague did and said it was good but it's an extra 15 euros. Hotels in Paris are always expensive but I though the price for a Novotel was pretty high. |

the view to your effil was not enough the staff did try to move me to a different room with a full view of it but I was content with my room at that time and had no time to redo my bags despite paying a difference in price the computer at the hotel was located in the lobby it has a full connection facility to your camera or other devices so you can transfer photo to your memo device but it has a system that is so comlicated to prevent viruses that more than 3 of the staff and addminstration did not know how to transfer regular file or photo , it means you need to carry your own computer to do that.i had to walk to an internet caffe daily to empty my camera, i was not fine with that and expressed my discontent |

It was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was really nice. It's in a decent location right across the street from a metro station. Very convenient to catch the metro to anywhere in Paris. There are also a few cafes really close by. I'd stay there again. Technically, I did have a view of the Eiffel tower, as requested. However, I could only see about a third of it at best. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. |

friendliness of staff, restaurant, wine list it is a located a bit further from the city center than I had hoped. the neighboorhoud is safe and friendly however not very exciting. |

Outstanding value for money, excellent location close to all major attractions, transport and shopping and dining. As a very particular, vigilant consumer, I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a value for money venue. |

One of the people at the reception was friendly...all others were not. The cost of breakfast and meals. The cost of the mini-bar, Pay TV was all one package and was way over priced.. The staff was unpleasant and the single person who knew the least english was most helpful. This was a honeymoon trip and we asked for a room with Eiffel view and they said we had to pay additional however we were not informed previously. The cost of the view was 25€ per night which was ridiculous! |

Dirty, stained carpet, old cases of the throw pillows! With what you pay you expect at least to have a radio and local TV chanals but no you have to pay extra which is a rip off |

Staff at te reception was friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to allow me to have an eraly check-in which helped me a lot as I had a long flight from overseas. My boyfriend and I had a good stay. Fitness facility is pretty old and need to be renewed. |

Probably above average 'chain' hotel. Good rooms & facilities. Good buffet breakfast (if you get it inc in room price). Great location, 1min walk to Metro. |

I would have given an excellent rating on most if not all the categorys as the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing directions. Hotel design/decor is modern comforable and simple. Superior room is a reasonable size as we were only there to sleep. Location is fairly close to eiffel tower and the train station. Police station pretty much across the street so it felt like a pretty safe area. Resturants and shops close by. The major issue was that it was a little warm in paris at the time of our visit and the air conditioning system stopped working "the morning we checked in" - this was not mentioned to us at the time of checking in and being that we were out sight seeing all day, we didnt notice this till we returned to the room that night, called down to state the issue, at this moment (about 10 pm) we were notified of the situation. The staff was great otherwise but this issue should have been brought forward at the time of check-in. Providing the A/C is working, I would recommend the hotel. Only other note worth mentioning is the fact that the police station is across the street - the sirens are quite loud but other than that the room is quiet. |

The fact that children could stay in our hotelroom. The location is perfect. Close to metro and has a parking. The parking was difficult to drive out at departure day because sortie was closed. I had to drive through the entrance of parking and has damage at my new car while leaving parking. It was very narrow entrance of parking! |

A good hotel for our trip to Paris located near metro which was very convenient. Rooms were on the good side with sofa bed for extra guest as planned. Thought breakfast was very expensive and chose to eat in local cafe |
