The friendly helpful staff and the quite location.

the view to your effil was not enough the staff did try to move me to a different room with a full view of it but I was content with my room at that time and had no time to redo my bags despite paying a difference in price

the computer at the hotel was located in the lobby it has a full connection facility to your camera or other devices so you can transfer photo to your memo device but it has a system that is so comlicated to prevent viruses that more than 3 of the staff and addminstration did not know how to transfer regular file or photo , it means you need to carry your own computer to do that.i had to walk to an internet caffe daily to empty my camera, i was not fine with that and expressed my discontent

it is a located a bit further from the city center than I had hoped. the neighboorhoud is safe and friendly however not very exciting.

Cleaniness and location. Rooms were a good size and they were quiet. Easy to get taxis too.

Staff at te reception was friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to allow me to have an eraly check-in which helped me a lot as I had a long flight from overseas. My boyfriend and I had a good stay.

Fitness facility is pretty old and need to be renewed.

I would have given an excellent rating on most if not all the categorys as the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing directions. Hotel design/decor is modern comforable and simple. Superior room is a reasonable size as we were only there to sleep. Location is fairly close to eiffel tower and the train station. Police station pretty much across the street so it felt like a pretty safe area. Resturants and shops close by.

The major issue was that it was a little warm in paris at the time of our visit and the air conditioning system stopped working "the morning we checked in" - this was not mentioned to us at the time of checking in and being that we were out sight seeing all day, we didnt notice this till we returned to the room that night, called down to state the issue, at this moment (about 10 pm) we were notified of the situation. The staff was great otherwise but this issue should have been brought forward at the time of check-in. Providing the A/C is working, I would recommend the hotel. Only other note worth mentioning is the fact that the police station is across the street - the sirens are quite loud but other than that the room is quiet.

No menus with prices in hotel rooms. Breakfast was waaaaaaay to expensive at 17 euros per person. We ate in a cafe across the street.

I really liked the location, the Metro it is just 10m from the hotel and you have some shops around and the market where you can buy something to eat, and especially it is a quit place.

As I liked the hotel very much, I would expect the towels to be more white and new.

Very Comfortable room,the breakfast was plentiful & the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The price for the car park underneath was a bit expensive considering we were using their hotel, should be at a more reasonable price.
