After saying in budget accommodation for 3 weeks, this place was heaven!! So nice, clean, close to everything, friendly staff and great service!!!

Excellent staff at the reception, very helpful in all my questions/requests, also it was nice that my kids were given small soft toys upon arrival. Nice rooms, cosy, clean, with possibility to have tea/coffee in the room. You can use sofa in the room for your kids without additional charge. Good breakfast, even though at the second day the waitresses were not quick to clean up the tables, even though there were many of them. My mum and my daughter used sauna and were there the only visitors. The hotel is 2 minutes from the metro station which is very convenient. Excellent value for money, next time we will stay there again.

The Location was exelent! 20 min walk to the Eifel Tower! Not far from the Metro! The staff helped u when u needed it! The staff spoke good english! The breakfast was good! They had a private carpark! The city view on the roof was wow! The room was comfy & clean! Free wifi! I would come back to this hotel.

The carpark was insanly expensive! The bartender wasnt exactly the best! The breakfast could have been abit cheaper! The 3 people room was abit to small for 3 persons! Noisy roadwork right outside the hotel, woke us up in the middel of the night! The Pizza hut near the hotel ignored us couse they couldnt speak english! The restaurant was expensive not worth the price they wanted for the meal! Or else the hotel was very good.

Prompt response to our enquiry. Free Xbox attracts my children. Very convenient to get to the metro and supermarket. Quiet place.

Room was not tidied up properly some time. It is not comfortable to sleep on the folding bed.

Our room was located near noisy roadworks. We asked to change the room, which was no problem.

A welcome package was mentioned in the description of the room. We never received it ...

Hello! I really liked this hotel. Pleasant and polite staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Kitchen is also tasty. Price corresponds to quality. Thanks a lot for a good time.

Room is not clean especially the duvet and sheet, towels in the bath room were so bad.

Personel, Parking, Breakfast, wi-fi, room (except for toilet and bath).

Shower and toilet rooms are separated and are both small because of that, no slippers and robes (still don't understand why some 4* hotels have it and why others does not), shower tap is not practical - stream is either broad and too weak or too narrow.

I did not like it personally disapointed with the pictures provided on the site and the reality.. Service very poor.

The room was very comfortable, spacious for two people and the balcony overlooking the street was a nice bonus. The view from the rooftop balcony of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night was great and definitely worth the stay. The staff were very helpful at all times. Metro station close by.

The location is safe — right across from a police station — but there isn't much going on if you're looking for nightlife. We were also chided for bringing in outside food (two croissants and two pastries) into the hotel in the morning and eating them on the back patio. While we could have walked to the Eiffel Tower, the location doesn't put you near any of the city's major sights.
