Nice rooms, play area (playstation) for the kids, nice tv system and good storage lauggage area. internet is chargable where other hotels would offer it for free or at least have a public pc that has access to the net, the service of the rooms is not standard, i booked 2 rooms in 2 different floors, one room had nothing in the mini bar where the other was full, one room had coffee and tea where the other didnt. |

The hotel is situated within walking distance from tho metro station. Moreover, the area is full of restaurants, super-markets. The police staion is right across the street and this usuallt means safety. |

The location was excelllent, right in the heart of Paris and an easy Metro ride to the attractions we wanted to see. We got an exceptional rate. The room wa really nice and had ample room for us and our teen-age son. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted to make the room cooler. |

Although I paid full fair for the hotel however I didn`t stay long enough since it was far away from attraction sites. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel since it was too far from the attraction places in paris. They had other branches and were not very flexible in making changes to nearest hotel were I paid double to enjoy my stay with my family. |

the location there was a electricity problem but the staff did not inform, nor apologise for inconveniences (we were stuck in the parking during 15 minutes, the tv did not work hours after the electricity was fixed, etcetera) |

There is a nice outdoor place for having a coffee. Good prices and quality of food at the restaurant. Very good service. Parking for the car was an asset. A smart renovated hotel. The floor of the breakfast room was always dirty making a bad impression. Although we had booked for three persons, there was no provision for a third pillow and a third set of towels in the room. |

The hotel is well situated in Paris, in a good and calm place To improve the process to checkout of the hotel with everything correct. When I was making my checkout at the hotel, I found it difficult to have the bill closed with everything correct (I was billed with breakfasts that I didn´t have) |
