The hotel was extreamly clean and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. (Especially the english chap) the hotel was right next to metro.

Whilst not in the heart of Paris, good location. It was a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, however, we always caught the metro which was more convenient

We ordered a taxi for a earlier morning departure and the taxi driver ripped us off. Whilst not the hotels fault, they should look for reliable and honest taxi drivers to refer their clients to

This hotel require some refurbishing and some good repair in bath rooms.The carpets is also extremelly old so thats facts makes the impression of the hotel as 2 stars max...The choice of the dishes is very limited in the restoran but at thesame time the breakfast cost (EUR16) seems to me not corresponded to it's quality.

With the last stay I was not happy with the personelle that handled the breakfast room non-professional and body oder but this time it was very pleasent very good staff and no complaits.

Walking distance to places

Clearer guidelines in English, difficult to work out what you were getting for what you paid. No help with tour literature in English. Price of sandwich in bar "over the top".

Close to metro.

When asked how to go to CDG airport, do the transfer metro stations have escalater of lift, wrong info and answer, with 2 large luggages, almost impossible,I iwould have find other method of transportation. Secondly, I booked a room for 3 persons, the third person would have to sleep on a sofa bed, Once the bed opened, hardly any standing room.

nice desk staff and comfee beds,outside terrace and near the tube

No conditioner and flannels supplied plastic cups, and shower/bath tap that was awkward to aviod a soaking, no English language channels though they were advertisedovercrowded breakfast and husband thouht there was a lot of niose
