禁煙の部屋なのに誰かが吸ったようで、タバコ臭かった。部屋を変えるよう頼んだが満室との理由で断られた。満室は仕方ないが、レセプションの対応が多少荒かったので、消臭剤を渡してくれるなど、少し工夫をしてくれるとうれしかった。

Close to metro.

When asked how to go to CDG airport, do the transfer metro stations have escalater of lift, wrong info and answer, with 2 large luggages, almost impossible,I iwould have find other method of transportation. Secondly, I booked a room for 3 persons, the third person would have to sleep on a sofa bed, Once the bed opened, hardly any standing room.

nice desk staff and comfee beds,outside terrace and near the tube

No conditioner and flannels supplied plastic cups, and shower/bath tap that was awkward to aviod a soaking, no English language channels though they were advertisedovercrowded breakfast and husband thouht there was a lot of niose

I liked the location, the quick responce by the staff to some request
(some missing towels were immediately provided). Good restaurant, some
play space for the children.

Peraphs the room cleaning times were a little too late. One day (at the
end of the week) we come back to hotel earlier (by 15.00) and we had to
wait till 17.00 to have the room cleaned, We would have liked to have
some rest before.

The hotel was close to the Metro which allowed for easy access to all of Paris' tourist sites. Also numerous good bars, restaurants and bakery shops were within walking distance from the hotel.
