There is a nice outdoor place for having a coffee. Good prices and quality of food at the restaurant. Very good service. Parking for the car was an asset. A smart renovated hotel. The floor of the breakfast room was always dirty making a bad impression. Although we had booked for three persons, there was no provision for a third pillow and a third set of towels in the room. |

The hotel is well situated in Paris, in a good and calm place To improve the process to checkout of the hotel with everything correct. When I was making my checkout at the hotel, I found it difficult to have the bill closed with everything correct (I was billed with breakfasts that I didn´t have) |

The helpfullness of staff. Good choice of breakfast. Location Noise from street at night. We were on the 4th floor at the front of hotel but I am a light sleeper so still found it too noisy would stay again but ask for back of hotel. |

The style and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. My daughter and I requested twin room and was not given. The air conditioning system was completely broken for the five days so we slept in uncomfortable heat. The side light was fused too the whole period and was only changed on the 4th day. There was building work that started early morning which we found to be distressing, all this was pointed out to your staff, no follow ups was done. |

It feels really modern and clean. Really nice personnel and good food. If they put some more effort on the sauna to make it feel nicer they would win a lot. |

The facilities are good although didnt have time to use them, rooms nice and spacious. Most staff not very friendly, helpful or conscientious, no airport transfer available, bit far away from most things but the underground staions are fairly close. |

They allow you to store your luggage on the day of check out so that you can still see the city without carrying your luggage all day. |

The room was comfortable and it fitted 3 persons but it has a sofa bed that can be slept by 4 people and the beds were absolutely comfortable When the housekeeper cleaned our rooms, she didn't give us back our mugs to pour in coffee or tea so that was quite a problem. Also, the food in the cafe wasn't very nice so improving the food would be splendid |

We liked that this hotel is located near the subway and there were plenty of cafes within walking distance. We loved the hotel's contemporary decor and pleasantly surprised at the room size. Large for European standards. My family and I will be planning another trip to Paris again and will stay at this hotel. |

The Bar staff were very kind. We were attending a family funeral and thoughts and grasp of the french languags constantly wandered. they were particularly kind. Especialy the blonde belgian lady. Access to and management of parking. Dark dingey confusing hole in the ground. |
