So Ouest mall nearby, renovated and large room
Far from the metro.
Even though the hotel is located on a main and busy road, you do not hear any noise from outside, which can give you a good night sleep. The sound proof rooms are excellent.
Room was beautifully decorated, very new and modern, comfortable and big!
The rooms are large and modern, with what appear to be newly renovated bathrooms, including two types of shower head and bath tub and a heated mirror allowing you to dry your hair without waiting for the mirror to de-mist. The lighting was equally well thought out and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff are on the whole very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was more favourable for the sweet tooth and coffee wasn't great. The location is a little out of the way with not even a metro inside a 10 minute walk.
Comfy able and practical for a weekend stay
Breakfast not up to expected standard had to eat elsewhere
Staff were very professional and helpful with getting us where we wanted to go. We ended up staying a second night and got rooms with view of Eiffel Tower - spectacular!!
Air conditioning could have been better
Would like to thsnk Dustin at reception went all the way to explain bus numbers etc, all staff were helpful and typical friendly with smile
Noise from construction, wasn't mentioned at the time of booking,I had request a room change because construction started right above my room 8:00 am wasn't happy I was told that's the time for construction people legally to start work
Spacious Rooms Friendly staff New Hotel Breakfast was good
Bit far from metro
The front desk staff is very helpful and speaks excellent English.
I am not able to purchase basic items like water, beverages, fruits, etc. Or near to cafes.
Comfortable, clean and nice staff
Far from the station
Good price, right on the peripherique for those driving by car. Safe parking. Lobby and shared areas newly remodeled.
Rooms were somewhat dirty, carpets and floor stained, Rooms needed to be updated. Location is not good for visiting Paris as a tourist. Area not safe at night for walking to nearest metro. Took cab to metro because of this.
Better food Menu.
close to the main roads parking under the hotel good breakfast
Good hotel for business travelers. Small, simple, clean and OK.
The room was large and clean. The bed is excellent. Very firm yet very comfortable.
The location is too far from the nearest subway stations. It is exactly 1km from either the Pereire or the Wagram stations on M3, and more than 1 km from Porte de Clichy. It's the only bad thing for me.
When we arrived the person on the front desk wasn't very helpful, we didn't see her again but the other staff were nice and helpful. The room was unclean and look rundown, we were a bit disappointed, because it the minimal thing we look for is a clean room. We were woken up Saturday morning to the sound of drilling in the next room and the cleaner seemed not to understand the do not disturb sign. I think the 4 star rating is misleading, at best it should be a 3 star if they clean a bit better. Wouldn't recommend to nobody, better hotels for the same money around.
Food is expensive
Friendly staff, nice rooms, cleanness.
Noise street - it was impossible to open the windows.
Staff were nice Lobby was nice
Location Rooms too small Not comfortable
Very friendly staff Nice location Close to champs elysse by bus or taxi Good value for hotel four star
The toilet was separated from the washroom The extra bed was very small and uncomfortable I would not recommend the hotel for families
Most of the staff were very polite and friendly, the facilities very clean and organised, room service well put together and good food.
At the ending of the stay, one member of the reception staff cursed loudly at me and my friends when we solicited the cancellation of a taxi order. It was an isolated incident though, for overall, the staff was always solicit and polite.
The room comfortably fit 3 adults and a toddler. The front desk staff spoke English and were extremely accommodating and helpful on our trip.
The hotel was too far away from the locations and experiences that we wanted to have. It said that it was a short walk to the Arch de Triumph, but it was about 30 minutes up hill. To take the train it was about a 20 minute walk. The bus and taxis were close by though...
The rooms are good and large, I had a view at the Eifel Tower from my window. The hotel have a good and safe parking. The staff were helpful.
