Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles  

We stayed here last décembre 23-25, 2011, and it was really great for us. Upon arrival , my 2-yr-old daughter was happy to received the gift from the hôtel! The staffs are all very kind. They even help me warm my daughters food & bottle. Our room is 'superior' & its really spacious. I didnt ask for the cot, because since its our bonding moment , me, my husband and daughter slept together and felt comportable still. We Spend time reading at the sofa, and since it has Space I even put mini christmas belen with some gifts,space for my daughters surprise on christmas eve. It has mini bar too with free coffee and tea. And even get & pay for some drinks at the mini ref incase you need something. The food for breakfast are all good, so many choices, (différent kind of breads, scrambled egg, sausage, Bacon, potato, yougharts and many more. )

Well up to standards of the group; functional, clean with attentive staff.

Quite expensive for what is not a luxury hotel.

Great location when traveling by train and visiting the historical sights. Everything was within easy walking distance. Room was nice and clean. Separate space for toilet was handy when traveling with family. Hotel staff were helpful, especially with tips about closures on Christmas day.

Asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room facing the street with lots of noise and also right next to the elevator.

Excellent location. Attached to a major shopping center. Just across the canal from Kleber Square. Easy access with everything within walking distance. Parking is directly below the hotel and inexpensive. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious with a modern shower.

The heat did not work in the room. Outside was below freezing. Staff gave us robes and a portable heater. Uncomfortable night's rest but staff gave us half of the night's charge. Other than the unusual incident, I recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Staff was very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Great location! Easy and nearby parking.

Comfortable, clean and child friendly city centre hotel and a short walk from railway station, cathedral, shops etc. Well served by buses and trams. Ideal for business or short break.

Breakfst expensive compared with Ibis hotel next door.

スーペリア・ルーム(クィーンサイズベッド1台、ソファー付）に宿泊しました。このソファーがソファーベッ- ドになるものでベッドメイキングも既にしてありエキストラベッドを追加しなくても子供２人がそれで寝られた- のが大変良かったです。チェックイン時に子供にぬいぐるみのプレゼントがありました。部屋は清潔でセルフサ- ービスのコーヒーや紅茶、冷蔵庫、金庫もありました。朝食も美味しかったです。夜もそのカフェで食べました- リーズナブルでした。大きなクリスマスツリーのある広場、クリスマスマーケットに徒歩10～15分程です。- この旅行の目的はクリスマスマーケットに行く事だったのでこのホテルに宿泊して満足しています。

トイレの水が流れなかったのですぐフロントに言って別の部屋にしてもらった。バスタブがなかった。ロビーが- 非常に狭かった。(でも子供が遊べるスペースがあったのは良かったです。)

L'endroit est bien situe.

Le lavabo ne se trouve pas au toilette de la chambre mais dans la salle Bain. Le lit double etait trop etroit. Il y a comme meme pas mal de bruit qu'on entend le soir, surtout les bruits de portes. Pas vraiment le standard d'un 4 etoile.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la carte de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel ne voulait pas régler l'incident immédiatement, il a fallu insister pour qu'une personne règle ce cas. De plus, nous sommes restés deux nuits et le ménage dans la chambre a été fait malgré notre demande de ne pas s'occuper de celui-ci. Ces deux points ne reflètent pas les quatre étoiles mentionnés.
