We stayed here last décembre 23-25, 2011, and it was really great for us. Upon arrival , my 2-yr-old daughter was happy to received the gift from the hôtel! The staffs are all very kind. They even help me warm my daughters food & bottle. Our room is 'superior' & its really spacious. I didnt ask for the cot, because since its our bonding moment , me, my husband and daughter slept together and felt comportable still. We Spend time reading at the sofa, and since it has Space I even put mini christmas belen with some gifts,space for my daughters surprise on christmas eve. It has mini bar too with free coffee and tea. And even get & pay for some drinks at the mini ref incase you need something. The food for breakfast are all good, so many choices, (différent kind of breads, scrambled egg, sausage, Bacon, potato, yougharts and many more. )

Great location when traveling by train and visiting the historical sights. Everything was within easy walking distance. Room was nice and clean. Separate space for toilet was handy when traveling with family. Hotel staff were helpful, especially with tips about closures on Christmas day.

Breakfast is excelent and free for kids under 16. Rooms are vacuum cleaned every day. Location "inside" a big mall is quite convenient. Walking distance from Petite France and Cathedral. Staff didn't know to indicate a place for Xtmas dinner. It's a shame for a hotel in the Xtmas capital...

The location and the breakfast were both very good. Staff was extremely helpful & kind. The beds were comfortable. There was nothing 4 star like in the bedroom floors... The room was too small for 3 adults with a tiny bathroom (yet separate toilets which is good). The building dated from the 80ies and seriously could do with a refurbishment.

Excellent location. Attached to a major shopping center. Just across the canal from Kleber Square. Easy access with everything within walking distance. Parking is directly below the hotel and inexpensive. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious with a modern shower. The heat did not work in the room. Outside was below freezing. Staff gave us robes and a portable heater. Uncomfortable night's rest but staff gave us half of the night's charge. Other than the unusual incident, I recommend this hotel and will stay again.

I liked the sofa combed, the staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The carpets of the hall was smelly and so were the toilets. The divided bathroom was as a bit not satisfying.

Comfortable, clean and child friendly city centre hotel and a short walk from railway station, cathedral, shops etc. Well served by buses and trams. Ideal for business or short break. Breakfst expensive compared with Ibis hotel next door.

é um hotel muito bom, muito bem localizado, vários trens que circulam pela cidade passam na frente do hotel e, muito importante, atendeu a todas as nossas reinvindicações feitas através do Booking.com. O hotel está em cima de um shoping center que só trouxe benefícios O preço do café da manhã

L'amabilité du personnel de réception . La situation géographique pour le marché de Noël et les commerces est idéale . La chambre est confortable . Rapport qualité prix imbattable !!!! La chambre n'était pas vraiment propre !! Le barman est limite désagréable . Le petit déjeuner n'est pas vraiment bon et le choix au buffet est très limité (pour le prix chambre et petit déjeuner inclus on ne va pas trop se plaindre mais bon ça reste une petite lacune )

Politesse et serviabilité du personnel L'hotel est très bruyant : bruits internes liés aux claquements des portes de chambre (ferme-porte trop puissant ?) Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner trop cuites , le pain pas assez cuit. Le café souvent tiède ( en chambre) Le repas du 24/12/11 au soir pris après réservation au restaurant de l'hotel était mal réalisé : ravioles au foie gras collées au fond de l'assiette, puis poisson servie tiède ..; Je note une baisse de qualté constante dans les NOVOTELS depuis quelques années

La proximité du centre ville, pour les marchés de noel juste à coté à pied Parking public payant, chambre prete 2h plus tard que prévu, Chambre payée pour 3 avec seulement des affaires pour 2 (serviettes etc.)
