Comfortable bed. Minibar.

Room on the small size. Would have liked an ironing board in the room but this was delivered by staff so no problems there.

Ease of booking in and the close proximity of the coffee shop/ snack bar to the foyer. Staff were helpful and even for a person like me who is challenged in a directional sence the location was perfect for shopping/ sight seeing.

A slight ambiance of coldness.

Extremely clean and well managed, centrally located, close to shopping, metro, the airport connector shuttle, and tourist destinations. Friendly staff; courteous service.

Convenience to center of Toulouse.

Staff bad mouthed Italian restaurant next door, but customers there seemed to like it, so we got impression staff was pushing their own restaurant.

Had a little trouble finding a place to park and drop off bags, but should have contacted hotel before arriving to get instructions .

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very modern - we really loved it. Wifi great, mini bar was free, breakfast was tops. The location was fab - heaven if you like shopping and within walking distance of all major sites.

The female staff member who checked us in was rude and arrogant. She took a phone call whilst checking me in which took about 5 mins to sort out whilst other staff stood around doing nothing. All other staff were terrific but that girl needs a lesson in customer service and realise that she is working in a service industry.

Location was excellent. Clean and desisgner hotel. Nice small gym and spa.

Air conditioning was in winter mode and room was boiling hot. As we were 1st floor we could not leave windows open at night as people could climb over the adjacent roof so meant room was way too hot. Maybe this would be ok in summer if air con was working ok.

Perfect location to explore the beautiful city of Toulouse. Excellent room and common areas, speedy wifi and complete breakfast. Its Wellness centre helps to recover from the looong and active days :)

Top location in the middle of Toulouse. Close to all shops and to the subway. Very clean rooms, nice break fast buffet. Fitness/spa area is better than average.

Rooms were rather small. As in every big hotel... service was quite inpersonal. This feels more like a business hotel than a cosy place to pick for a romantic city trip.

We were delayed by a day because of the snow at Bristol Airport. Despite phoning them and asking them to cancel that night's booking, they still charged us for it.

We were greeted by friendly. helpful staff. I had requested rooms close to each other as we were travelling with my elderly mother, and also, an early check in, both requests were met. The rooms were modern, CLEAN, plenty big enough, good wardrobe and shelf space. Hairdyer next to mirror in bathroom.(Always a bonus!) Fab shower with opaque glazed wall at the touch of a button. Mini bar, safe etc. We didn't have a view (our room overlooked the atrium) but the room was so good that I didn't mind. This was far better than other Novotels I have stayed in. Modern, contemporary bar area, waiter service. Toulouse is not a "pretty" town, but the hotel is located in the best area, surrounded by upmarket shops and a short walk to the main square. I am extremely fussy and I loved this hotel.

Location is terrific - the hotel is on one of the most charming squares in Toulouse center (also, 15 minutes walk from the railway station and 3 minutes walk from the stop of airport shuttle).We booked standard room but were given a superior one. Staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The bathroom wasn't very practical (the toilette is in the small conner and tall/big people will have difficulties using it; the shower cabin is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a half- wall and when taking a shower it's difficult not to make a pond on the floor).

Internet is extremely slow. Breakfast is expensive with a meagre selection. No on-site parking.

Only few English tv channels, free wifi was extremely slow I booked for a family, 2 adults and 2 kids, but the hotel was prepared for only 2 adults, I had to show my booking and convince them that the booking was for a family
