It is convenient as an overnight stop. It has all the facilities that you need including a restaurant. Breakfasts are particlrly good. poor signposting |

Food prices for dining were high so we ate out. Breakfast was also overpriced compared with other similar estasblishments which we used last month in France and Spain. |

That there was a mini-bar in the room; and the helpful staff. No lift - but as we were on the ground floor, this did not bother us. |

pool, kids play area with outside space to let off steam,quiet location, small hotel lounge(in lobby area) food in restaurant not great (evening) although breakfeast was good especially as kids ate free. |

The open aspect at the rear and the feeling of relaxation and calm. The room had been refurbished very well making showering a real pleasure and the air conditioning, did just what it said and efficiently cooled the room. The addition of a mini bar is a real bonus in hot weather and we appreciated the tea making services which are not always available in Novotel nowadays. Staff also friendly. The restaurant menu was a bit limited for choice and lacked eye appeal which prompted us to eat out. This was lucky for us as we did not know what a treasure Troyes would turn out to be. The front ramp could be a bit wider for bringing up wheeled suitcases. |

Accueil professionnel, petite piscine , calme, petit dej correct. Chambre vieillotte, moquette vraiment sale, rapport qualité/prix insuffisant. Sérieux besoin de ravalement intérieur et extérieur. Internet wi-fi payant 4 euro/h ! |

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk/ Ontbijt was verzorgd/correct/ de kamer is echt aan renovatie toe/ verouderd/ klein bed/ gordijnen onfris/ niet te vergelijken met andere novotels...vertrouwen ??? |

Ligging is ok. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid en dichtbij op- en afritten autosnelwegen. Dit Novotel is nog van het oudere type, dus geen gerenoveerde kamers (toch die van ons niet alleszins). Ontbijt is ok maar eieren en worstjes zijn toch eerder van de kunstmatige kant en niet echt vers. |
