No problems, a clean, fairly convenient place for a night's stop. Not easy to find at night. My booking.com reservation for 99euros per room finished up having a 14 euro supplement for 3 adults instead of two. Booking.com did not let me know this in advance even though I had written 3 adults per room.

We have stayed here before (and will do so again) en-route from South of France. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Refurbishment is under way (Sept 2011) and the restaurant has been tastefully done. Menu is also very good. Here's a tip. Coach parties are catered for, which is not a problem, they usually leave the hotel by 0800-0830. Have breakfast after that if you can.

The Novohotel looked lovely in the photographs, large pool and modern spacious rooms, just to make sure, I ordered 2 superior rooms for my myself and my husband and my elderly parents.To say it was a disappointment was an understatement.The outside of the hotel is a prefabricated building, it looks almost temporary. Currently the hotel is under refurbishment, the superior rooms are the refurbished ones, new bed, furniture and sofa bed, but old carpets, artexed rooms painted in gloss.2 Paper cups, everything done on the cheap and of poor quality.The restaurant looked nice but was overpriced for what it was. We paid vastly over the odds for what it was. It was misrepresented.

The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Although not the easiest to find once there the hotel was absolutely spot on and we will definitely stay again.

Friendly professional staff, plenty of parking, good location near factory outlet shops. Better facilities than average french hotel: tea/coffee in room, mini-bar etc. Restaurant expensive and service slow. Second bed in room very uncomfortable.

Very quiet and easy to get to.Clean and modern.The staff kind and professional No lift (but there is just one floor) .The breakfast at the bar at 7€ is poor,better to choose the 14€ one.

It was a nice, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We felt relaxed The exterior was disappointing when we turned up. Looked tired and in need of brightening. Interior fine.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, just what we needed after a 6 hour car journey! The rooms were spotlessly clean and my son loved the Xbox in reception!

Convenient stopover point for those driving / heading to the Alps for winter / summer holidays. Number of rooms to restaurant space ratio is poor, leading to occasional lengthy queues for those wanting to eat / drink after a long day travelling.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean, particularly important as we had travelled for most of the day, from a ski resort. We had four young children with us and they enjoyed the play equipment very much.Food was good, at breakfast and dinner. Every thing was of a high quality.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung.Frühstücksbufet und Restaurant in Ordnung.Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Die Aufhängung des Duschkopfes ließ zu wünschen übrig. Eine stabile Aufhängung wäre sicher vorteilhaft.

La facilité d’accès quand on connait Les travaux à partir de 8h45 difficile pour travailler alors, ceux qui veulent dormir ! Cet établissement encaisse lors de la réservation via booking ... Manque espace détente pour ce niveau de prix et d’hôtel !

Chambre spacieuse, possibilité d'un plateau repas en chambre, wc séparé, porte de séparation entre la chambre et le couloir (qui est un plus pour l'isolation phonique) Petit déjeuner trop cher, le lit en king size serait un plus, et la déco mériterait d'être un peu plus soigné pour le prix (chambre standard 99 euros) elle est tout de même correcte.

De locatie was voor ons goed, omdat we op doorreis zijn richting het zuiden. Dineren in het hotel is een aanrader, het eten was lekker. Het ontbijt stelt niet veel voor. De kamers zijn "cheap".

1) Le design, hôtel refait à neuf récemment 2) rapport qualité/prix 3) superbe piscine et vaste terrasse bien aménagée dans un style aérien (c'est normal pour un hôtel d'aéroport !!) 4) accueil chaleureux 5) possibilité d'avoir un ou deux enfants dans la chambre qui est d'une belle grandeur 6) entrée qui ferme sur la chambre et qui isole de ce fait des bruits du couloir 6) wc séparé S'il était situé en centre ville de Troyes ou en périphérie immédiate ce serait formidable.
