Absolutly no problem in recommeding this excellently run hotel - From friendly and extremly helpful reception staff through to restaurant!! In fact, hotel even posted back an item that we left behind! We were so impressed with this hotel that we even took time to write to them..... Directions were a little mis-leading and eventually only found followinga kind French person leading us to the hotel.... |

Handy as a first night stopover, rather than staying in Dover on the way south. Very easy to find using SatNav. Rooms were good as expected restaurant and bar were good and children enjoyed the WiFi access |

Tiny rooms, very hot and stuffy. I also would expect a triple room to have 3 beds, not 2 beds and the couch pulled out. |

Not quite as nice as Novotel hotels in Belqium, could do with a refurbishment, no internet access in lobby to book next hotel (which I did from down the road for another Novetel online (cheaper than the hotel could do No ice machine |

The fact that you can borrow books! I couldn't open the window or turn the air con on; it was too late to bother getting someone to fix this for me so I slept in a very warm room. |

Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was well maintained Not sure it fits here, but the hotel seems to be in the wrong place of aq number of Sat Navs I and others ended up on dual carraigeway about 1 mile away from the hotel. |

Zeer comfortabele kamer. Wij waren met onze baby van 4 maanden oud waardoor het makkelijker was om op de kamer te dineren en ontbijten. Dat was allemaal te regelen, prima! De kwaliteit van het diner liet te wensen over. |
