Very friendly staff The location was convenient, but the hotel was in the process of being renovated. The car park is not in the hotel and if the weather was bad, you coould get very cold and wet walking from the advertised car park to the hotel entrance |

convenience, last minute availability; nearby secure parking garage for 4 euros/day large stain on carpet in hallway on 6th floor, with no remedial actions taken during our stay; the hotel's restaurant food did not live up to its description on the menu, and wasn't that good (e.g. canned guacamole instead of fresh avocado, cheese plate was 3 small bites) |

Their biggest problem is parking - kind of not really resolved - particularly for cars with total height above 2.1 metres The address as listed on the Internet - when used with a Tomtom navigation system will get you nowhere near the hotel !!! - in fact will let you about 1 kilometre away with the hotel NOT in sight |

This was only a stop over for one night and then we traveled on to friends who live in France. I thought the hotel was an ideal stop for us as we just travelled from England on L&D Lines the rooms were great and very clean and we also had an evening meal in your resturant and the food was fantastic. |

Recommended for travellers seeking for a reasonable price hotel in this area. Guests can use station parking in underground with good security. |

excellent room and bed. breakfast was a good start of the day Have to pay for parking in underground garage, however just a small amount (we paid 8 euro for 2 nights) |

The staff was very friendly. Many guests had trouble using the parking recommended by the hotel. It was finally better to park outside the hotel. |

Linge de bain utilise dans la chambre + plateau repas sale devant la porte. Reclamé a 17h15 puis a nouveau a 21h00 a notre retour a l'hotel pour obtenir satisfaction. |

La décoration (design et jolies photos dans la salle au rez de chaussée), le calme, la propreté dans la salle de bain à souligner. Petit déjeuner très moyen: personnel non souriant, viennoiseries et pain congelés (bof... Bof...? Jus d'orange acide 1er prix. |

Oui, la situation était centrale et l'hotel assez calme. Le parking est également pratique. Non, tout était conforme à nos attentes et à ce que nous avions vu sur le site. |

L'architecture des lieux,et sa situation au coeur de ville Le service est loin de ce que l'on rencontre dans des Hotels de cette catégorie.Plateau de petit déjeuner encore par terre dans les couloirs à notre arrivée à 19 H.Au petit déjeuner on apporte une carafe de jus de fruit mais pas de verre.Dans la CH le banc de dépot de bagages a disparu?Le mobilier de la CH n'est pas homogéne.Du noir et du bois clair.On a l'impression que l'un ne va pas avec l'autre. |

J'ai réservé une suite espérant une qualité d'espace et de confort et j'ai été excessivement déçue (pas d'espace, couloir très bruyant, chambre mal isolée, canapé bloquant la baie vitrée, douche défectueuse, 1 seul peignoir sans ceinture dans la sdb, petit déjeuner quelconque, 1 seule cuillère pour un dejeuner pour 2, etc... |

La gentillesse du personnel de reception et leur professionnalisme. Le manque d'hygiéne dans la suite , le manque de motivatioon du personnel restaurant dont on ressent le desinterressement total à la pofession. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez vous. |

Les chambres ont un petit balcon et sont très bien insonorisées,chose fort utile considérant le traffic dans les rues voisines. Comme la plupart des Novotel, le wifi est en simplement et de plus assez cher. Il n'y a pas de parking pour les voitures, une solution payante dans un parking a côte est proposée par l'hôtel (en supplement) |
