hall ways not clean the bathroom is divided the shower and the sink is seperate and the toilette in the different place!!!!!!!!

the food is great and the room is clean. in addtion the staff is great - always help. The mall is ~5 min walk from the hotel - this is a big advantage. the Metro (numbe 1) is 2 min walk from the hotel and RER is ~5 min - so it is easy to travel.

Central location, direct link on metro to Paris City Centre. Close to shopping area at La Defense. Excellent facilities, very friendly. Good location for the Paris Marathon, which was the reason for our Group visit.

Close to Metro which goes into the heart of Paris and many other attraction in Paris such as Champs elysee and Louvre. It is also in the La Defense where there are many interesting things to do.

3 minutes walk from main offices La Defense

Price not in balance with what has been offered. Terrible warm in room but not able to open window Room dusty Room was so called superior room - but it was very very small.

Making refundable and non-refundable reservation only change 2-3 Euros if you want to have breakfast since the breakfast is not included in the non-refundable alternative.

Second night we decided to have dinner in hotel, we have been informed by receptionist that Restaurant is close but Bar is providing same menu.first they took so long to take the order, after waiting for long for meal what they provided for the price was...RUBBISH..But we didn't have any choice because it was snow out side.

Good location for business - if office is located in La Defense/Suresnes, but at the same time the hotel is also located near by subway - thus it is easy to reach the centre and all sightseens. The staff is really friendly - all issues are resolved asap. During my past stay in the hotel - there were problems with electricity in my room - I was mooved to another room very rapidly. During present stay - I have asked for concretic room in the hotel and I've received it - thanks to the receptionist! Also you have tea and coffee in the room and if you need to press your clother - there is an iron room at the 8th floor. Also the rooms with even number have a view to La Tour Eiffel! (if you need)

TV channells - there is no Russian channells but I guess this is not very big problem at all.

1) A brand name like this should've had luggage assistant 2) served by one metro line only, and if you're not lucky it will be under maintenance 3) A smile wouldnt harm the reception staff (not all though) 4) toilete seat is getting old and started moving!

We were too early to check in, but nevertheless the receptionist looked for a room which was already available. She was even so kind to give us a room with a view on the city.

Location, quiet and relaxed

Lack of cheaper bar snack food available for guests especially things like, sandwiches, wraps or chips to eat . this would be better when the resturant is closed to offer on laet arrivals or awaiting departure or to suit a light appetite or children

The staff were very friendly and supportive and rooms were very clean and have very nice view to city of Paris with panoramic view during night where you can see Eifil tower.

Nor breakfast buffiet as only intercontinental food is being served inside the guest room

Its location, staff and the hotel itself quite clean except for the smell on the corridors.

Airconditioner did not work. and the hotel kept sending a technician that never got around to fixing it!

Great location , short walk from the La Defense Metro station though its a 20min ride from the city center. The surrounding area is very nice and feels safe even at night. Superb buffet breakfast !!!!!!!!!...........you just cannot ask for more to tuck into. Staff was allways polite and eager to help.We asked and got a room with the Eiffel Tower view, which meant we could view the sparkling lights of the Eiffel anytime from the comfort of the hotel. Aircon was also perfect contrary to other reviews.

If you are arriving late bewarned of the eating choices nearby. All we could find open nearby was a Subway whose sole employee (?) should have won the Worst-employee-in-the-world award handsdown. The room itself is a bit small and nothing like in the pixes on Booking.com. Concept of seperate loo and bath is weird.

Staff and location

Ok to reach from airport without taking a cab (rer b + Metro Line 1 Yellow) Close to Metro line 1 linking to heart of Paris. Decent rooms. Good hot and cold water showers. Ample space in the bathroom. Handy mirrors. Place for luggage rack, desk, side table. Ample light in the room. Staff easy to deal with.

Toilet separated from bath, claustrophobic. Floor of room possibly dusty. Wall of toilet dirty

Gute Lage! Ist man mit den Metro sehr schnell im Zentrum

SEHR SEHR schwer mit dem Auto zum erreichen !!

Een goed hotel met een prima ligging naast de metro die je zo het centrum in brengt binnen een minuut of 15. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, op zich goede schone kamers.

Het kunnen parkeren van je auto bij/naast het hotel is uitermate slecht. Je wordt door de receptie naar een parkeergarage gestuurd die toch al snel een goed kwartier lopen is en bovendien moeilijk te vinden. Dus als je tussendoor nog iets nodig hebt uit je auto kun je daar wel een uurtje vooruit trekken om het te halen! Heel erg slecht. Bovendien was het in- en uitladen bij het hotel van de bagage ook niet comfortabel. Je hield andere mensen op die er niet door konden met de nodige irritaties uiteraard. Zo ook de vele bussen die hier passagiers brengen bij het hotel. Verder waren de kamers zeker schoon maar wel stoffig, hetgeen erg benauwend is voor allergie patiënten zoals een aantal van ons gezelschap. Er kunnen ook geen ramen open in de kamers dus dit hielp hier ook niet aan mee.

Voor zo'n groot hotel is de ruimte van het restaurant waar het ontbijt geserveerd wordt veel te klein. Aanschuiven voor een tafeltje (voor 2 personen waar je met 4 aan moet zitten) is voor ons niet praktisch.
