we had a problematic time at the booking in machine, i had to use a different card to the one i booked the room with to get room no.etc. we were in bed when our door opened and another couple we had a problematic 15mins on arrival at the booking in machine. i had to use a different card to the one i used to book the room with, we stayed in you hotel a week earlier and the reception was open and no problem with the card then. we eventually got into the room and after my wife getting into bed the door burst open and there was another couple who said they were given the same room no. |

The ease of entry, I arrived late and it was easy to access the hotel. I also liked the fact all the doors had codes rather than keys, and a good car park |

La atención del personal, tuve un trato excelente. Comodidad a la hora de llegar para hacer el checkin incluso cuando la recepción está cerrada. Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas. El hotel está alejado de todo. |

Le réceptionniste aimable et faisant ce qu'il peut..pour arranger les choses. Ne propose pas le wifi gratuit systématiquement Ne propose pas le wifi gratuit systématiquement Restés deux nuit. la 1ere chambre épouvantable odeur de tabac froid (le coffret clim est encore tout jauni) Pas d'eau chaude, pas de chauffage. Cintres cassés, La deuxième chambre toujours pas de chauffage (pourtant ce sont des convecteurs électriques) Propreté et ensemble douteux. (Etart général moyen) petit déjeuner.....Très basique (chocolat = pot de nesquik ouvert, pot de nutella = Idem, Pain = dur, bref tout est à l'économie.. Cela s'en ressent.. Ce n'est pas un hôtel à recommander Vraiment en "Dépannage"... Payé 40 euro pour deux mais cela fait quand même 260 frs ce qui n'est pas non plus un cadeau..... Voila |

La situation en dehors de la ville et près des grands axes malgré le bruit des voitures et camions toute la nuit. Le manque d'insonorisation des chambres, l'absence totale de restaurant et du bar dans l'établissement, malgré l'indication sur le site (le fait que le préposé (du samedi) nous a renvoyé vers le resto du Kyriad en ne précisant pas qu'il était fermé le WE). Le manque de restaurant dans les environs. Un bruit continu provenant du système d'évacuation d'air dans le cabinet de toilette. Pas de savon dans le distributeur (qui était cassé). Le manque de rangements. Pas grand choix pour le petit déj. |

propreté et hygiène dysfonctionnement de la borne automatique qui refusait mon n° de réservation booking, j'ai dû prendre une chambre pour une nuit afin de déposer mes bagages et problèmes avec la réceptionniste pour faire comprendre et valider les 2 nuits suivantes (impertinence de la part de cette dame) le mardi à 17 h précises. |

La proximité d'accés à l'autoroute est pratique. La personne à l'accueil est efficace et le petit déjeuner correct. La chambre bien que non fumeur n'était pas très bien aérée. Désodorisant nécessaire... |
