プール付きで子供が楽しめた。部屋のインテリアがとてもかわいく、ポプリのいい香りが建物のあちらこちらでして、清潔な感じでした。 バスタブ付きになっていたのに、バスタブの無い部屋だった。 |

The staff was very friendly, the room is nice and had a view for swimming pool and the lake side. the hotel is near of everything, few minutes walk of Evian city center and the spring sources, very nice location for anyone wants to see evian and all the surrounding Alp mountains the WC is in a small place. but the bathroom is fine |

Very comfortable and staff very helpful. Free wifi access. Very quiet. Best beds we experienced during our touring holiday. Hotel no longer has a restaurant, but there are good local ones nearby. |

There was no warm water in our suite. We demanded a cost reduction because the lack of warm water was a severe reduction of the expected service level. The personnel refused, claiming that the lack of warm water was a technical problem and not their fault. It was evidently our fault to book that hotel. |

The friendly atmosphere and great location. The views from the terrasse are superb. Walking back up the steep hill from Evian centre, but it does help to aid after dinner digestion! |

The hotel is clean, the women working there is very nice and speaks perfect english, the location is a bit far away from the ferry station. I took the service of brining me to the ferry station on sunday morning. Then I realised that there is no ferry at all at that time on sunday, thus we spend 150 Euro for going to Lausanne with Taxi. However, I do believe that the guy working in the hotel knows that there is not ferry at early moring on Sunday. Only he did not like to tell us. I hope really that my felling is wrong, it hurts really |

The hotel was very clean and the owners were very welcoming. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the room was very light and airy. It was alovely bathroom that had space for toiletries |

lovely views, pretty gardens, great pool and pool area, very quiet and relaxed. Nice , spacious private room serviced every day very well indeed. Lovely terrace if weather good! very hard beds and horrid pillows - take your own for a good nights sleep! No tea or coffee facilities in room. |

room was clean but small secure parking balcony faced back yard and no view due to immense trees. terrace has fantastic views oner lake but you must but beers/ wine from hotel to sit there. No BYO allowed even if terrace bar is closed. Quite rude explaining this. Be prepared for a Very steep walk to hotel from Evian |

Very helpfull staff, terrace overlooking the lake and town, secure car parking, well maintained gardens and swimming pool, quiet location. Steep climb back to hotel from the town, bathroom needs a facelift, tiled floor in narrow corridoor makes it noisy when other guests are coming and going. |

This hotel is like staying at your own villa, the place was full, but the pool was quiet the grounds and where peaseful. The owners are very welcoming and the place is more like a home than a hotel. |

The hotel was comfortable with very good service and friendly owners, facilities were good and although up a hill from the front of Evian this made it quieter and more pleasant. |

Nice and quiet location, excellent breakfasts, nice garden and swimming pool Simple furniture, very small table and boxes for luggage and dress. Rude staff - son not allowed to eat a slice of pizza in the terrace, saying that it is not a camp. Charwoman gave our thinks back to luggage, not respecting privacy. |
