Lovely check in staff? Bed was comfy . Hand held shower in 2012!!! General condition of room and deck was tired. No air conditioning or ventilation. Had a French door onto deck that was only form of ventilation. No fridge. Dark hallways that you had to turn on the light to see.

The restaurant, the location, and the staff were great. The rooms seem to be in the process of updating. The bathroom was large and updated, but the carpet and doorways and walls need fixing up. Bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the bay from our balcony. Could walk 200 meters to the beach!! Could be updated.

Well located for the inland sea and quite near to some excellent restaurants. Easy travel to Cap Ferret and Bordeaux. The manager is English and has lived in France for many years so he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel rstaurant closes early sept except for breakfast. The pool is very good. Exterior appearance is a bit tatty - needs a coat of paint.

Hospitality tray!! We stayed in 9 different hotels on this trips in Spain and France....it was the only one with tea and coffee making facilities in the room...interesting that the owner/receptionist was English!! Restaurant delivery at 4am.....bin men at 4.30am!!

Reception staff were very helpful. Nice location on the beach side, free onsite parking, free wi fi although struggled for reception in the bedroom. Bedroom compact but not too bad. Choice of some dark blue walls in the bedroom not to every bodies taste. The hotel is on its own in a residential area so you need to drive 5 minutes into the town centre for shops, restaurants etc.

Tres bon restaurant gastronomique attenant à l' hotel pour la qualité des repas (pour 2 personnes compter 100euros) et convivialité du personnels le petit dejeuné est servi dans le restaurant (tres bien) , chambre correct en propreté et confort, situation ideal pour visiter la baie Gros point negatif pour ce week end pas d'eau chaude du vendredi jour d' arrivé au lundi jour de depart (douche froide tonifiante garantie) pas d' affolement pour resoudre la situation sur toute une aile de l' hotel ,pas d' information concrete du personnels(le cumulus est en panne "à bon") nous sommes partis le lundi matin sans avoir plus de details la reception etant fermé . En bref avec de l' eau chaude le séjour aurait ete parfait de part sa situation.
