It was calm and relaxing, and the location was just what we were looking for - far enough out of the town centre to be quiet but within walking distance of the shops, although we found it more convenient to use the car in the evenings to go out to eat. We had trouble finding the hotel, but that was possibly our own fault, the map we down-loaded was not a lot of help and we missed the signpost coming into Andernos. |

Provided us with both extra bed and baby cot without charge. Pool a nice treat and good location to explore cap ferret and area. Basic but completely acceptable |

The location was good, free parking, lovely beach. I wasn't given any local information on arrival, maps etc would have been useful. There was noise from the slamming of doors early in the morning. |

Sorry nothing - took money up front on check in because they know their facilities are very poor. This was a housing association block of flats with three strories maximisiing income at a very poor standard of accommodation. You will cry when they take your money throw you in your cell and let you realise you've been done by in accurate advertising. This hotel should have no star ratings. |

Very quiet The non-smoking room stank like smoke horribly - luckily the kind staff managed to change us. There was no toilet paper, the bed was not well made (sheet all on one side, came out on the other). The mattress cover was dirty. The carper needs re-doing and/or better cleaning |

Close to beach, excellent view across bay. Cleaning staff really did clean the room every day. Pity there was no refrigerator in the room - which we had expected. Also draconian rules regarding swimming trunks for use in the pool. The hotel looked a bit weary and was in need of some external decoration (painting). Pity no air con in room when hot as difficult to keep the room cool. But staff excellent. |
