THe only good thing about the hotel was the sea view which was stunning I would definitely never stay at this over priced hotel again. We booked a really expensive room and there was no mini bar, no porter, a vending machine in the lobby which is hardly classy, no towelling robes, no staff in the restaurant for breakfast and the tables were filthy and worst of all our room was only cleaned when we came back to the Hotel having been out for 5 hours and asked for it to be cleaned. In no way is this a 4 star hotel and when we complained the staff were arrogant which made it even worse. |

Location Yup - Air conditioning needs a degree in rocket science to handle and clicked in at 3:00am - could not switch off therefore poor nights sleep caused throughout stay. Why can it not have a simple off switch? |

I was very unhappy that when we went to breakfast somebody was washing the floor in the hotel foyer without any warning sign. The floor was like an ice rink and my five year old daughter fell over and badly bruised her hip. The result was that my husband had to carry her around the aquarium where we had planned to visit that morning and around the shops and restaurants in the afternoon. |

Recently decorated so everything works and is clean. hotel is two minutes walk along the seafront to walled town of St Malo - the door to cute shops and restaurants and creperies! Oh and the rooms are well soundproofed so you get a good night's sleep which is the general idea you would expect a slightly bigger roome |

The contemporary look of the hotel was great, also the proximity to the town was important too. The receptionist was very off hand when I produced a 500 euro note to pay for our accomodation and said she couldn't take it as she would have no change left. It was a very good job that I actually had a credit card. Hotels should have to facility to change the note and if not then Europe should not be printing it!!! |

Bad Taste! Inattentive! Pseudo-High-Class! You should not be cheated by the Photos. Expensive, but quite Gaudy. The Room has NO SEA-VIEW and NO SPACE to open the suitcase. The green Receptionist speaks only impolite English. The Interior is as cheep as IKEA. (The Bed is too light, so that it totters easily in sleep.) We never recommend this Hotel. (There are so many much better and more reasonable Hotels with Seaview in Saint Malo.) |

I liked the proximity of the sea and also the old city. It was useful having a car park. There was no restaurant for dinner, the bar was not staffed so it was difficult to get a coffee or a drink. |

The proximity to the port and old town. The hotel had recently been refurbished and a lot of laminted wood was used to make the ensuite bathroom. It creaked during the day but at night when the wind was blowing it creaked and groaned and was absolute torture. I did not sleep for more than a few mintues at a time. There was no reduction in price and no understanding whatsoever of trading standards. |

Only stayed 1 night. Nice modern hotel with lovely views. We paid 200 euros for the best room although the usual rate is 400 euros. We would have been very disappointed if we had spent the full amount. It was described as a suite, but was not. No tea/coffee making facilities. Hotel wanted to charge extra for everything. Ordered 2 "Kir" drinks and were charged 24 euros for champagne, which we did not order. Room not ready at designated time |

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city and the sea view was gorgeous!! The room was beautiful but i felt for a room having 3 tv's there wasnt much avaliable on the tv for english visitors. I also found the room wasnt as clean as it should have been. |
