Room and location to St.Malo walled town were excellent. Very modern design and decor. En-suite facilities well designed and good. Staff were friendly and helpful
Wi-fi was poor in our room resulting in us relocating to bar & reception area for signal. Underground car park was tight if you have a large car. Some spaces only suitable for small cars
Everything was good
Privacy curtains would improve bedroom.
Large, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Sea view Breakfast Friendly staff Sea front very close to town
WiFi free but low quality in rooms
Good Location Good Breakfast
Underground Parking-almost impossible with a large car.
Everything except for street noise. Great location, very near the ramparts.
Street noise. We were in a sea front room which was terrific but truck and bus noise woke us very early in the morning.
We liked the bar area. The sea view room we had was great and had a lovely big bed!! Lovely modern bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
The excellent location, the lounge/breakfast area with the sea and beach view, the very comfy bed, and superb shower room.We had a very helpful member of staff who helped us with the parking
Not being able to park and having to leave the car unsecured. We did not want to unload everything for one night. In addition my partner had a damaged knee. He could not walk easily so parking close to the hotel was essential. Fortunately we were later able to move it to just opposite the hotel.
Everything! Great location great hotel and super staff
Superb position on the sea front close to the walled town. Secure garage facility. Ideal for a good night stop before catching the morning sailing to Portsmouth.
Great location, 2 minutes walk to Saint Malo city wall. Staff also very good particularly Stefan the barman.
Hotel beside all attractions and staff were friendly and professional
The hotel is in an excellent position to explore St Malo. Very clean, good facilities and very friendly staff.

Staff. Great room. Room service.
Parking difficult No restaurant for evening meal.
Loved the location of this hotel. Upgrade on arrival gave us a beautiful well equipped room. Bed a little hard but mattresses are individual.
Having booked three rooms through booking.com on arrival we were greeted with a lovely friendly receptionist who confirmed rooms had been paid for and only bar and breakfast would need to be paid for, which I believed to be the case! On check out a different receptionist said that only two rooms had been paid for so one was outstanding, I queried this and her attitude towards me was rude. After explaining I believed the room to have been paid for she asked me if I thought she was "lying". Totally unprofessional and not a good reflection on the hotel! I paid the bill and our party left although I was very angry at how I had been spoken to. I would recommend this hotel but be wary of reception!
Excellent room and loved the peace and tranqulity of the hotel in general.
I was travelling with my disabled son. On arrival at 2pm our room was not ready so we were asked to go away and come back. The hotel had no secure parking left. The places were all booked..even though the blurb had said one couldn't book. In the middle of the night my son took very ill. Stomach upset. Trying to clean up I realised my room had two loo rolls nearly finished. One set of towels only for two people and no water in the room. I went to reception and was told that the member of staff on duty was the only person there. He was fantastic and jumped to my aid, bringing towels, fresh linen and water immediately. But then had to go and prepare the breakfasts. I was appalled to know that the hotel had only one member of staff during the night, responsible for an entire hotel full of the general public. What if my emergency had required a doctor or immediate attention??? In the morning the receptionist offered us a free breakfast as compensation! After a drastic stomach bug.. The place is run irresponsibly and penny pinching with basic room requirements. My room rate of 169 euros for four stars felt like a rip off to be honest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The view from the room was undescribable. The ever changing colors of the sky in the sunset, the ocean receding and coming back, what a ronantic spot:) The room was very monern and clean. Go for the ocean view, even though it's a tad pricey. It's totally worth it.
we loved the design!
Nothing except some initial difficulties in parking our longish car in the public space available.
Perfectly situated to make short walk into the walled city. Very comfortable room overlooking the Sillon beach, great sea views.
The sea view room balcony is directly over a busy road so sitting outside is not that relaxing. Not being able to book a parking slot in advance.
Very close to town. Great breakfast. A/c essential in Aug.
Very limited parking
Good room with excellent bathroom, separate toilet.
Parking, very limited space
Location, sea-view, plage, near all best restaurants and old city.
