Appearance of neighbourhood is very industrial/institutional looking.
Nice size rooms and spa was a plus.
The beds are a joke!!!!! So uncomfortable they should be illegal. we were unable to sleep a wink.
How it was close to Karma... The best Indian food restaurant ever!
The hotel is very dated. Some of the facilities are very old and in neeed of a major refurbishment. Water damp problems in some areas. Facilities do not match the high price.
If you want to stay close to the airport, this is the best choice! Location wise is perfect and you can easily get to the airport either by bus, shuttle or taxi. Rooms are spacious and confortable.
The staff, the location (no restaurant...)
ordinary building but perfectly satisfactory small suite.
Dinner at the Indian Restaurant and breakfast in a french cafe with a ham and cheese roll from the bakery!
Friendly Staff Free Parking in the garage Wellness
the food vending machine in the entrance gives away that the choice of hotel was poor. Fitness room was useless
quiet, airport transfer on departure
This hotel is really out in the middle of nowhere and takes surprisingly long to get to and from. There is a weirdness with Uber in that if you take Uber from gva to the hotel that works, but if you try to call an Uber from the hotel, it is not a permissible pick-up zone. Note that the hotel is actually in France. So be aware that Uber won't be able to pick you up, though the front desk can call a cab for you. If you arrive in the late evening there is NOTHING around unless you want to walk a 1/2 mile to a place where you might get mugged. The only food in the evening is from a vending machine that dispenses microwaved frozen food. The staff is generally unenthusiastic. In my room, it seemed that someone blew some bloody snot into the toilet and didn't clean it up.
The pool and spa downstairs was ok.
There was something wrong with the air at night - both my son and I got awful coughing fits. Dust mites or fibers from the carpet. When one child had wet the bed, they refused to give us a change of sheets. Fold out bed broke and was actually quite dangerous. Smoking in the corridors at night was not nice. Weird. Otherwise modern and nice looking.
Easy to access from Airport and Geneva by car. Nice staff in the breakfast area, kept the room open after close down time as we were a bit late. Pool is a plus.
no evening food or good places to eat nearby. luckily Carrefour nearby.
Basic, clean hotel. Good value for Geneva. Supermarket & kitchenette kept costs down.
Restaurant and bar not open in the evening. Hairs on bed linen No tea/coffee/milk within kitchenette Shower gel low, and only enabled one shower. Registered complaint, and still haven't received response from hotel direct.
Nothing. Got progressively worse after arrival
Not close to the center of geneva
close to palexpo with shuttle from the hotel Clean Good spa and pool
the unhelpfulness of the staff
Poor service and unfriendly welcome upon nighttime arrival. Tiny bed in room of suite so we had to put the kids in it! Broken shower fixation and hooks in bathroom.
Pool and spa facility was a nice feature although a little cold. Suite was relatively comfortable.
This is my second time at this hotel and I observe the employees are not really friendly they are just doing the job and the walls of my room show signs of rundown all kind of mark that just a simple touch of paint will take care.
Location is good, two blocks from the bus stop that goes to Geneva, and walking distance to the saturday market thats is a great experience.
Breakfast options scarce.
Good value for money and access to swimming pool and spa area.
The breakfast didn't have much variety but was okay.
I loved the swimming pool and hamam (Turkish bath) which was included for free with the stay!
Just about everything. The shower in the room, the pool, the steam room, the general facilities and the staff were all excellent.
I feel attention should be paid to the kitchen facilities. If a guest comes to meet a well cleaned facilities he is very likely to leave it very cleaned
The hotel environment and facilities
Bar shuts at 10.00 pm - no alternatives nearby. Not therefore a great welcome at the end of a busy day
It would have been nice to have a wider variety of food for breakfast and for the hotel to offer dinner.
Staff members were very polite and the hotel was clean. The amenities were excellent, it was peaceful, and it is close to Geneva International Airport.
Very bad breakfast. Not worth it.
I booked 2 suites for 4 adults each (we were 4 adults in total and 3 kids - I just wanted to make sure we had enough space) - at the reception we were told we where upgraded to 2 flats - great! Until we saw them. There were 2 single beds in one of the apartments and a couch you had to pull out by yourself. The other apartment had a "double" bed and another couch you had to pull out. All beds were only 1,90 long, there were not enough sheets and everything was worn down, dirty and broken. When we went down to complain we were met by someone who didn't understand enough English to be working at a hotel - and we were told that this was the standart - I asked if the person had ever checked into a proclaimed 4 star hotel and had to make her own bed - the joke was clearly not understood. We asked to speak to the manager - we were told she would be around in the morning. When asking for a restaurant, we were told that we could use the food-vending machine - 4 star! The breakfast (12€ pr person) was a joke - dry white bread, some yoghurt and stuff - but again - more something I would expect from a 2 star hotel in Bulgaria. We managed to cancel the breakfast and again asked for the manager - I was basically told I was ignorant to expect the manager to be working during the weekend. I asked to be called first thing Monday and put down my card with contact details - I'm still waiting for that call. All this would have been acceptable if we had paid for a 2 star hotel - but we paid way more and got a proclaimed 4 star in the middle of nowhere. I would attach pictures of the really dirty worn down rooms, but I am not able to. Regarding the "spa" - I didn't use it, the kids wanted to go to the pool, so their mom went with them - she was kicked out of the pool area for not wearing a swimsuit while wanting to watch over her kids. My best advice would be to stay as far away from this "hotel" as possible.
Reception receptiveness Cheap fixtures and fittings.....loose door handles, curtains fell down
Cheap and functional
The picture led me to believe it was a lot nicer than it was. Small poorly stocked bar and just a little dull overall.
Handy if you want to get to the Airport but still €40 in a taxi.
